I have owned this and the daisy 15xt and I liked both of them, but this one looks a bit more "threatening". I quite enjoyed the nickel plating and realistic look and feel. As opposed to the 15xt, the 693 has a removable clip, so be careful not to misplace it. The trigger pull is a little heavy, but not too bad. Overall this is a wonderful buy at the price airgundepot is putting it at.

Pros
Nickel plating, realistic look and feel, powerful

Cons
heavy trigger pull

This is such a good gun for starters or pros. Amazing, it makes me speechless so fun to shoot and a great price.

Pros
I love the color and the mag on the top of the gun.

Cons
The only thing I do not like is the knob for the C02 that sticks out the bottom, otherwise I love it.

Great reliability I've had it for 2 years and has been heavily used, but is not accurate- even when close to targets, so it can be frustrating. Also what is not great is the button on the back of the grip that must be pressed down hard in order for it to fire, so it can be uncomfortable to hold.
I can't say it's a bad air gun but theirs better for the price like the crosman 357. But if your a diehard Daisy fan the powerline 008 might be the way to go.

thing i liked: well for s low priced pistol i was very suprised at the power and accuracy... lots of shots off per co2.
thing i would of changed: the trigger pull.. very very stiff makes it hard to rapid fire.

all in all liked it very much make sure to get extra clips.. i have had lower priced daisy pistols before and all have died on me within a year. i hope this one last a long time.. im dead on at 60 ft.

When i first got this a year ago i noticed an acuracy defect, it pulls to the right heavily, but i did find out that if i get a straw to put in the barrel around the tube for a longer barrel, it fixes that, but looks dorky, but very acurate

Purchased this gun many years ago as it looked so like an 45 pistol. Very powerful and OK accuracy. Not a very good feeling gun in your hand. It is a little large for kids and the trigger pull requires some strength resulting in throwing off accuracy. Not my favorite in my collection but has good power and sentimental value. I shoot other guns more often but will use this too.

this gun is great for what you pay i think there are better guns out there though.

to make it look better you can cut off the co2 punture thing on the handle and make notches in it for a screw driver.

this is my first and only air gun so i don't have much to compare it to. i like the weight and feel, though the heavy trigger sometimes pushes my hand off slightly. the accuracy isn't bad but i've had my share of shots that fly way off. the first few shots are extremely powerful but it loses power pretty quickly. i'd definitely recommend others to get it, it's pretty fun overall

good speed but not the best aim with blade and ramp.

I bougth this pistol from the local Wal-Mart...but the Crossman Co2 cartridges do not fit the gun. Why? and do I have to search for the Daisy Co2 cartridges for this pistol?

asked Mike

Make sure the puncture screw is all the way out. The crosman CO2 should fit.
