Pros
Excellent, very very good, I recommend it
Buy it!
Pros
Where do i start? This thing is amazing. I payed the $10 for them to look it over. Cheap insurance i guess. No leaks, action is smooth smooth smooth! No adjustments needed out of the box. Dime sized groups at 30 yards.
Cons
Haven't found any.
Pros
Purchased Air Venturi Avenge-X Classic, Synthetic Stock 25 CAL Shoots great out of the box no adjustment good grouping.
Cons
None
Any air gunners have any suggestions to resolve the regulator creep would be much appreciated.
Pros
Very accurate at 25 yards. 1/3 inch groups with 21.14 and 18.13 H&N Barracuda. This is after over 600 shots to break in the rifle.
Cons
Even after break in, Regulator creep is terrible. Must fire two shots before sighting in to stabilize regulator (200-300 psi high). Wasted air. The regulator lowest pressure still at 1900 psi not 1200 psi. I adjusted the regulator to lowest setting. Two turns in on hammer spring at 1900 psi with 21.14 H&N pellet gives me a 9 fps spread across 16 shots which is great, not counting the first shot which is high(regulator creep).
A purchased Air Venturi Avenge-X Classic, Synthetic Stock, .177 Caliber took it out of the box and fastened it in my lead sled no scope just shot it 10 times could have covered the shoots with a dime. Mounted my scope and filled it up to 3 bars. Zeroed it for 35 yards all shoots perfect. At 25 and 35 yards could not tell any difference between low and high settings. At 50 yards a little drop on high.
Pros
Love everything about it
Cons
none
I purchased the Avenge X in 25 caliber and I own a lot of air rifles, this one has grown to be my favorite. Very high shot count, extremely accurate. I would highly recommend this air rifle to anyone that wants to from beginner to expert in the airgun world.
Pros
This air rifle is absolutely amazing!
Cons
No cons as of yet!
Follow-up on issues with magazines: The 16 round magazine might interfere with scopes and not allow the magazine to be fully inserted. Even with readjustment of my scope I still couldn't get it to fully insert. It would have been better to give users two 10 round magazines IMHO. As far as ease to use loading the magazine I would say better instructions on loading the first round is needed in order to get the magazine to work correctly which was the main problem that I was having not being familiar with this design which is a commonly used magazine that works on a lot of other air rifles from my research. The Beeman Commander magazines are far easier to load (even one handed) and have a round counter that is very visible to the shooter. Air Venturi needs to go to that design to make this rifle nearly flawless. I found several You Tube videos on problems with this magazine that I found really helpful on figuring out my problems with the loading of the magazine.
Pros
Really Great Rifle
Cons
Change magazine design
If your on the fence about purchasing an air rifle then this is the one to buy. It has everything you can ask for and more. Shoots like nothing I've seen before and I have 3 other PCP rifles to compare to.
Pros
OMG this rifle is accurate and just a pure joy to shoot. Just love having both a regulator and PSI gauges that are easily viewable without having to turn rifle upside down to view. Cocking lever is smooth. Safety is easy to access and conveniently located. Trigger is smooth and not needing any further adjustment. Rifle weight is good and would be ok in the field for hunting. Stock cheek plate easy adjustable using Allen keys provided. Air Venturi really did their homework on this rifle and has the performance and features that are worth 3 times the price I paid. We have a new bar for performance and features that their competitors will be trying to match. Congrats Air Venturi !
Cons
The magazines are worthless and did not work. The saving grace was that the magazines from my Beeman Commander fit perfectly and worked without fail on this rifle. I don't know if they were assembly wrong but I'm sending them back for replacement.
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.Has anything been done to prevent the barrel band screws from denting and marring the 210cc pressure tube ?
asked Edward from USAWill the original avenger magazines fit the new avenge - x?
asked Martin from USAYes.
Adam from USAhow difficult it is to switch to left handed from right handed with the new avenge-x ?
asked mike from USAhttps://youtu.be/wZwFJvPinuQ?si=N8P-wxjxvcm9oofE
Mike from USAEasy 2 screws in back, 1 to take off the cover. I believe the hammer and Trigger assembly needs to come out too.. easy regardless. Then the double flat headed small screw that attaches the link, pull out cap cocking cylinder and swap sides .. reassemble and done.
Kenneth from USAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDTso2WwAnM
Dave from USAThere is now a You Tube video now out on doing this procedure
Dave from USADidn't do the swap and there was no instructions in manual to do this. I am thinking of moving the lever to the left side as well. If I do it then I'll give my reply here to your question.

Bought the gun and within the first two months noticed that it wont hold air for more than a week or so. Called air gun depot and they said they cant do nothing with it since its outside there 30 day warranty. Sent it to air Venturi and they sent it back a month and a half later and it wont hold air for more than 6 hours now and the company wont return any emails and i cant get ahold of them on the phone. Ive now got a gun that wont hold air. Ive only shot the gun less than 20 times since I got it.
Pros
Liked the ambidextrous lever. Seems to be a good gun
Cons
Air Venturi has horrible customer service
