The Air Venturi Avenge-X Tactical gives you a cutting edge modular platform at a price that's lower than competing air rifles that can't match its performance. You get the ability to cover multiple needs with the same airgun thanks to the new features added by the modular accessories and different stocks available for this system.
This air rifle lets you get additional options for different types of shooting when you buy a caliber change kit that's compatible with all versions of the platform or a stock that works with the same style of air reservoir (tube or bottle). You no longer have to purchase a separate airgun to get the caliber and features you need.
The Air Venturi Avenge-X Tactical gives you a textured grip for a solid hold, plus an AR style stock with a rubber buttpad and a length you can adjust between 40.5" and 43.75" for a custom fit. You also get a threaded dust cap that keeps dust and dirt from clogging the male quick disconnect fill fitting at the end of the tube or bottle.
You'll find the features that made earlier airguns from Air Venturi so popular on this model too, like the adjustable hammer spring and the externally adjustable regulator for tuning. You'll also find features like the two stage adjustable trigger for a clean break, and the externally adjustable two position transfer port.
You can easily add your favorite scope or dot sight to the Weaver/Picatinny scope rail, and the metal Picatinny accessory rail on the forearm makes it easy to attach items like lasers, bipods, and lights. The reversible sidelever means you get ambidextrous use, and the airgun has a high shot count and comes with a high capacity magazine, an additional standard capacity magazine, and a single shot tray.
If you're in the market for an advanced modular regulated PCP with adjustable features and the ability to add caliber change kits and stocks for different setups, get the Air Venturi Avenge-X Tactical from Airgun Depot now.

I am new to the PCP game (and really air guns in general), but I could not be more impressed with this thing...especially for the price. The build quality is great and so far it is extremely accurate (still learning how to adjust everything). As a lefty, the ability to swap the charging handle is huge, and very surprising at this price. I would highly recommend this rifle for anyone getting into PCP, and from my research it sounds like these are hard to beat at twice the price.
Pros
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons
Cons: the only two things that jumped out at me were the grip and the buttstock. The factory "buffer tube" and buttstock are not the greatest, I am hoping there is an adaptor available to add a milspec buffer tube for more stock options, just haven't found one yet. I was able to get a Magpul stock on just fine, it was just a little loose (as is the factory one).
The grip...the worst I have ever held :) Put on a Daniel Defense one I had laying around which worked perfectly (directly compatible with any AR grips). I am pretty sure the factory one was designed for Andre the Giant.

Login to ask someone who bought this product. Both tube and bottle have "3 options" for both tube and bottle. What are these options?
asked Gerald from USAThe caliber of the gun.
Adam from USACan a additional power plenum be added to the Avenge X with either the tube or bottle air supply?
asked Gerald from USAWhat reg pressure are people Running on the 177 version running a 10/13 grain pellet? Reg at min, HS all ghe way out; i am still well over 900 fps. Wish the reg would go lower than 1900/2000. Heck im running it at 2200 with the 25 barrel and a 29 gr pellet.
asked Kenneth from USATurn your hammer way down then open it 1 or 2 turns.. Let all the air out of your gun and turn your regulator down to 0, then open it 1/8 turn. You will need to have a Chronograph.. Choose which pellet you want to shoot and turn your regulator up to the velocity that you want to use. For example adjust your regulator to shoot 13 grain pellets at 880 fps with 2 turns on the hammer.. Now you can adjust up or down for fine tuning the accuracy using the hammer tension..
James from USADoes this use the same mags as the umarex origin?
asked William from USAAdjustable AR style buttstock? Will magpul products fit?
asked John from USAYes and yes, though there may be a gap (I didn't have much issue with the PRS stock on a pre-production rifle).
Adam from USANever seen a gun without sights. How are you supposed to aim this gun? Why doesn’t it come with sites?
asked Tom from USAThis rifle is designed to have a scope mounted onto to using the weaver rail on the receiver.

I have both the .22 and .177 and the regulators in both are very inconsistent with big extreme spreads as high a 75 fps - the lowest I have ever had was with the .22 and that was 35 fps extreme spread.. To me this is not good because I have an un-regulated .22 that can shoot 18.13 grain pellets at 880 fps and get a string of 60 shots with an extreme spread of 19 fps.. A regulated PCP should do better but they don't. I have been working with Air Venturi to try and solve these problems, they sent me replacement regulators but nothing helps. Both have regulator creep by as much as 500 psi if it sits for a period of time and even creeps up and affects the velocity within the time it takes to refill the magazine. When it came off the regulator I got 12 shots with an extreme spread of just 4 fps.. This is what the regulator should be doing.. The picture with the dime is a 10 shot groups done at 30+ yards with JSB 16.2 Beast in .177.

Accurate
Cons
Better regulator
