I found the hose has 2 different ends attached to the nose.
One end works great, the other leaks air. The 1/8" union to connect the foster fitting to the hose has 2 different ends and will not hold air. I needed to fill my gun so I just screwed the air probe into the end that was leaking. Now I have the probe but the O rings on the probe might get nicked and leak. I wanted to have it so It was removable and use the hose with foster ends for my FX rifles also. pix 1 shows how I now use the hose., pix 2 shows the black fitting that does not work and has an O ring on only one end, pix 3 shows the other end of the black fitting that is tapered end and is not long enough for the fitting to bottom out in the foster fitting.
