Add this trusted name to your collection and experience true power and precision.
Beginning in 1994 AirForce airguns started their five-year research and development phase of building the best American made pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air gun on the market and began shipping their first model in 1997. Based out of Fort Worth, Texas, they have set the benchmark for all PCP air guns with their current lineup. Every option from AirForce ensures an easy to use option engineered with a masterful touch in every element for shooters of all skill levels.
What started out as an idea of creating a new air gun system, turned into a line of relatively inexpensive, but powerful PCP airguns. This was accomplished by utilizing German-made Lothar Walther barrels and industry-leading machining and bluing processes, which resulted in an extremely accurate and well-made air gun that will last the life of its user.
From the first Talon to the latest Texan, one of the most powerful and popular air guns carried at Airgun Depot, we have yet to have a return due to dissatisfaction on any AirForce rifle or pistol. This stands as a strong statement to the overall longevity, quality, and performance of AirForce airguns. When you want the best on the market, this is the name to beat. We proudly offer a diverse selection of airguns from this respected name for your needs. Choose from all their most popular models from rifles to pistols today.

Power
One thing that almost every Airforce airgun has in common is power. The only exception is the Airforce Edge which is tuned down for use in 3-Position Sporter-Class competitions. The famous AirForce power starts with AirForce's basic design that puts the air tank behind the action. Thus, the air travels in a straight line to the breech without any corners to rob it of energy. Combine this with their exposed breech system that lets you load even the longest and heaviest pellets, and you have extreme knockdown power even at long range. If you are a hunter and are interested in pesting and hunting small game consider the Talon SS. For small game and small predators like coyote the Condor/Condor SS and the Escape are excellent choices. And the Texan can handle anything up to an elk or even a bison! If you are looking for raw power then AirForce has you covered.
Accuracy
The accuracy of Airforce Airguns begins with the precision button-rifled Lothar Walther barrels from Germany. The accuracy of LW barrels is legendary and when you buy an AirForce Airgun you buy the best. The open breech design allows you to single load pellets for the greatest accuracy, eliminating inconsistencies introduced by a magazine. And by adjusting the power wheel, you can tune the velocity specifically for each pellet to get the absolute in accuracy.
Modularity
When you buy a smallbore AirForce airgun, i.e., in .177, .20, .22, or .25 caliber, you don't just buy a gun, you buy a complete shooting platform. You can easily switch out the barrel in minutes to change calibers or get more power. (Note that you cannot change calibers on the Texan or Texan SS.) How much does barrel length affect power? Consider the following: the Talon SS comes with a 12" barrel and on high power shoots JSB Exact 15.9 gr pellets an average of about 820 fps for a muzzle energy of almost 24fpe, while with the 24" barrel they fly out at 990 fps for almost 35 foot-pounds of energy! If you change caliber from either .177 or .20 to .22 or .25 you'll need to change out the tank also. You can also carry a spare air tank when you head to the range. And if you add a CO2 adapter you can get up to a thousand shots per fill! With an AirForce airgun you can go from the perfect plinker to a deadly hunter with just a simple change or two.
Silence
The Sound-Loc System technology that is found on all of the SS models of Airforce Airguns is revolutionary. The first company to take advantage of the possibilities of aircraft-grade aluminum and space age polymers, Airforce has managed to design airguns that put out more power than the majority of the competition while remaining very quiet. The precision-manufactured delrin baffles housed in the tubular aluminum frame turn these guns into a stealthy sniper's dreams. If you need even more silence, just turn down the power wheel. You'll still have plenty of power for backyard plinking, and your neighbors will never know you're there. The Texan SS is a little different from the smallbore SSs because of the extreme amount of power it is putting out. The gun isn't necessarily backyard friendly, but the Sound-Loc System reduces the report to comfortable levels.
Adjustability
With Airforce Airguns you have adjustability right where you need it. The trigger adjusts for position, but not for travel or weight, but is crisp and light. The butt plate is a very simple design, but it gives you a lot of adjustment with the ability to change the length of pull, cast-on and cast-off, and cant. The power wheel on most Airforce airguns is extremely valuable because with it you can raise or lower the power over an astonishing range. For example, the Airforce Talon in .177 can be adjusted to shoot anywhere between 400fps and 1100fps! So if you are plinking in the backyard - dial it down, and if you need to reach out to hunt - dial it up. Not only does this change the power but it also affects how many shots you get per fill, and on lower power your shot count goes up considerably. In addition, perhaps the most important function of the power wheel is to let you fine tune the gun for the pellet you are shooting. Until you have had the flexibility of fine tuning your airgun to the weight of pellet you are shooting you won't realize how much greater accuracy is possible with relatively small changes.
Made in America
AirForce Airguns is the first American company to make PCP airguns and they are proud of every gun that they make. This is reflected in the limited lifetime warranty that stays with the original owner of every gun that leaves their factory. Precision machined in Fort Worth, Texas, each gun is hand assembled and inspected before it ships to you.
The Little Things
These are the things that are small on paper but make a big difference when using the gun:
- Each Airforce airgun fills with a simple Foster quick disconnect fitting so you don't have to keep track of probes. Once you use this system, you will never want to use probes again.
- The exposed breech system makes single loading pellets far easier than with a single-shot tray, because the pellets go straight in. There is no dropping them in, and then checking to see if they rolled right, and then fixing them if they didn't. And hunters will appreciate being able to load long pellets like Predator Polymags that often don't fit in magazines.
- The abundance of 11mm rails on most AirForce airguns means you can trick them out with bipods, flashlights, lasers, and anything else you want, although you will need an 11mm to Picatinny adapter for most accessories.
- The large 490cc tanks on most Airforce airguns ensure that you will get a lot of shots per fill. And the power adjuster lets you tune the gun down so that you can get even more shots at a lower velocity.
Summing Up
AirForce Airguns are extremely well built, powerful, accurate, and considering all that you get, extremely affordable. The modularity of their system means that you can modify the gun for any task that you give it. The adjustability and accuracy give you a range of possibilities seldom found elsewhere. And the Made in America lifetime warranty gives you the confidence you need. If you want a powerful and accurate airgun that will give a lifetime of shooting, get yourself an AirForce Airgun.
