This is the big brother to the Beeman,.177 Marksman,I liked the Marksman so much I hopped on this as soon as I seen it. Great Buy

Pros
Very good piece of work, simple open sights, easy cocking, and accuracy is right on,took only 300 rounds to break in and smooth out. Loves Crosman Destroyer Pellets,,,if you can shoot, this rifle will easily take a deer down with head shot, and yes, this gun is that accurate,if you know how to shoot.

Cons
Could use a sling swivel mount under stock but no biggy, really like it as is,shot for two hours and could have gone two more.

This is a good, heavy, accurate airgun.  Easy to cock. Shoots RWS Superdomes 8.3 gr at 998 fps, yields 18.3 fpe.  Good for hunting small game or pesting. Could use a better scope but supplied scope is useable.    Very solid build, 7.6 pounds with out scope. The included scope is holding zero and is clear at 20 - 25 yards. Good enough at 7 - 10 yards. This gun has much lower noise than I expected with 8.3 gr domed pellets. The spring is very smooth (thought it was a gas piston at first). Cocking effort is easy for me. My scale says about 28 - 32 pounds. I like the weight of this gun. Recoil is like a small fire arm, no trouble for me. I am very pleased and surprised with the quality of this gun. No slapping to close, just a gentle push. Open sights and scope zeroed easily. Groups .31" at 30 yards with rws superdomes 8.3 gr.

Pros
Powerful, accurate, quiet, no droop, easy cocking.

Cons
Nothing.

Can you use this rifle without scope?

asked Charles from USA

Yes, there are fiber optic sights on the barrel.

Adam from USA

Will this gun take down a armadillo?

asked Charles from USA

no you are going to want to use a much more powerful gun. I reccomend the benjamen trail np xl magnum in .177. that gun is the most powerful .177 break barrel. yousing .177 cal 13 grain zan slugs you can kill up to fox with good shot placement. .177 penetrates better than .22.
