Purchased this base to use on a Gamo Hunter Extreme. The Gamo Scope that came on the rifle self destructed early on. I purchased a Hawke Airmax 3X9X50 AO with Map 6 reticle. The scope will not sit/mount between the rings. The rings are too far apart for this scope. Used an Accushot RPGM2PA-25H4 and that worked. If a be close on the amount of adjustment you have to use.
Pros
Solid mount
Well built
Cons
For the scope I was using, the rings were too far apart but for a longer scope, this should be great.
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product. Is the Beeman 5036 component steel or aluminum? What is the overall length ? What is the size screws and hex wrench needed to tighten to the grooves ?
asked GregI think these are made by Sports Match as I do not have any mounts stamped Beeman. If so, the base is 4 3/4 inch long and there is 3 inches of space between the rings. A number 4 hex is needed, screws are included. Seems to be made of aluminum but that is only a guess. I have mounted on a Gamo Hunter Extreme and they seem to be holding the scope in place. The rifle leaves something to be desired in the accuracy department. Hope this helps.

I had to get this mount to make loading easier on my HW97k. For some reason I find it harder to load my '97 than the TX200 even though the port is larger on the Weirhrauch. My fat thumb finds the centrally located barrel of the TX much easier even with lower Medium mounts. I love SportsMatch mounts, that's who makes these for Beeman and I've been using them for decades without any problems. I broke a few over the years but it was never a SportsMatch mount. I highly recommend these, you get what you pay for.
Pros
Once they're locked down, that's it - they're not moving! Build quality is top notch and I wouldn't use a lesser quality on piston guns, they'll tear anything else apart (eventually).
Cons
None.
