I shoot with the Gamo Urban PCP .22. UK made. Very accurate I was impressed.
Pros
Accurate is all I can say. Well made with very little to none damaged in the can.
Cons
Nothing
Verry accurate in my Discovery and devastating on English sparrows and starlings!
This is my go to pellet in my Benj. M-rod pistol. Very lethal against feathers and fur. Range is good but not as lethal due to light weight at 35 plus yards but that is getting out of effective range for my gun. Very consistent and accurate across the whole pressure range.
Pros
Accurate, lethal
Cons
none for my M-rod pistol
Work great from what I can see in my vintage Benjamin pump rifle.Bagged me a couple of squirrels with them no problem.I would recommend them,I'm satisfied
Shot as well as the (gun) preferred Crosmans. these area a viable alternative to any pellet for my break-barrel hatsan.
Pros
groups well in the hatsan
Cons
none
Crosman/Benjamin should say what is it about them that makes them better for use in a PCP. Is it because they are in a different tin.....NEW Tin for marketing so can charge more?
Comparing them to a regular Crosman Hollowpoint they are cleaner which leaves less residue on your finger which should leave less residue in your barrel. If that's the case you can clean the regular tin on Crosman Hollowpoint and save a few buck.
Pros
Cleaner pellet compared to standard Crosman Hollowpoint pellets.
Cons
Charging more for cleaner pellets?
Charging more for different label ?
These are fantastic pellets. I bought them for my pcp's but, the image below came from my Benjamin Summit NP2. The picture speaks for itself. 25 yards, 10 shots from my old wobbly wooden bench.
Pros
Match grade accuracy, low cost, available almost everywhere. I haven't taken game with them yet but, based on the way they shoot on the targets, I'm very optimistic.
Cons
None
5 years ago this was the favorite pellet for my RWS model 54 in .22 caliber. Something has happened to the way they are now manufactured. My rifle likes a pellet that fits tightly into the breech. The last several cans I've purchased have three different diameter pellets in each can; very loose fitting, medium loose fitting, and tight fitting. When re zeroing my rifle each pellet shoots differently, so it's impossible to attain a consistent group. I've had to pick through each can and select only the tight fitting pellets, and throw the others away. If you're just plinking these are "OK" pellets, but if you want to make consistent head shots on squirrel at 25 yards you won't be satisfied. I wish Benjamin would go back to the same manufacturing company they were using 6 years ago, and produce 500 tight fitting pellets in every can.
Pros
Price.
Cons
Inconsistent size / inconsistent groups from my rifle.
I haven't tried any of the other pellets, but this one works for me.
Pros
It does serious damage.
Cons
None
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.Do these pallets perform any good with a Gamo Swarm Magnum i3gen .22 rifle? It would be nice to know before making a purchase. Also, do they expand ok on hit with same mentioned rifle? Does the target have to be kind of on the hard size for them to expand?
asked Javier from USAWhat is the head size for these pellets?
asked Tyson from USACan anyone confirm whether the Benji .22 hp are.the same as Crosman Premier .22 hp? Same question for the .177 products. Interesting though, Benji .177 are packed 750 per tin rather than 500 like CPHP.
asked MarkI can answer your question, sort of. I sighted my .22 cal Benjamin Limited Edition in with Crossman Premier pellets. These are not hollow points. I also have a can of Benjamin Discovery hollow points. I have been shooting these, interchangeably, And having pellets go through the same holes or within 1/8" at 35'. I know this isn't apples and apples and I don't know if Crossman hollow points would behave differently.
G Riechers from USA
This is my third tin of these and they have replaced a very similar design.
Pros
This is my go-to plinking/hunting pellet as it shoots best from my Benjamin Titan. It is hard hitting for rodents around our chicken houses. Out of my rifle, these are grouping about a half inch at 25 meters, I easily hit cans and bottles out at 50 to 75 meters.
Cons
There really aren't any.
