My first recommendation is don't spray them with silicone spray of any kind. The chemicals in silicone causes springs to become brittle and break. If you don't believe me, turn your recliner chair upside down and spray the springs with silicone spray. You will then have to replace the springs or the recliner because the springs will break. I store my magazines in a small plastic bag to keep them clean. I also carry a small plastic bag with some Q-tips and a small bottle of oil and if a magazine gets dirty in any way I put 2 drops of the oil on the tip of a Q-tip and swab out the pellet holes in the magazine. I have not had any of these magazines fail me yet - even after many, many uses. I also cut small labels and put them on the black edge of the magazine so I will know what pellet I have loaded in it.
Pros
These magazines are reliable and easy to store for instant use if they are treated with care.
