Benjamin Discovery Premium Adapter with Bleeder

Bought this to use with bulk fill co2. Well built except the o ring wouldnt seal. Was only getting 6 or 7 fills from 20 oz bottle. Replaced o ring much still using same bottle of co2 for two weeks. Hose could be longer, when im out hunting squirrel i have to lay my rifle on the ground to fill. Good price and ability to use on hpa bottles makes it a must have for pcp.

Watch the o rings. Short hose.

I don't know why others are having trouble with this, I followed the directions and it worked just fine. Maybe it was because I didn't use too much force closing the valve. It works just fine for me.

90 cc bottle with 3000 psi reg and Filler up. Just that easy.

Makes shooting all pcps easy to refill. Adapters needed for other models other than Benjamin. 10 bucs at paintball store.(adapter quick disconnect 10 bucks)

Have to buy more pellets now. They go quick.

It is a 5 star item, however, there really needs to be about 4'' or more hose from the bleeder box to the gun fitting. I worry about scratching the barrel with the bleeder box. Other than being short there, it works great. You need it for filling the gun with air. Without the bleeder valve to relieve the pressure in the line, you can't take the fitting off. (The one without the bleeder is ok for CO2 but not for 3000 psi air.)

After purchasing my first pcp rifle, I decided I would get a 90ci 4500psi carbon fiber tank for my filling purposes. Make sure your tank is regulated for the proper psi output your rifle needs (in my case 3000). Add this and the proper fill attachment for your gun and your ready to go. The bleeder that this has is a must for disconnecting. Valve handle works well for slow release of air. Just wish the braided hose was a little longer, would have given 5 stars if it had been.

Well here is what happened. I ordered the adapter and got it very fast. The only thing is I am disabled and everything I do takes a bit more extra time. Well it sat here for awhile, and I eventually took it and my Benjamin Tank/Gun where it could be filled. The person there filled it up and I went to my van to fill the gun up. Well it got filled and then I went to turn the knob in the proper closing method. It seemed to be closed but the knob kept turning? I had the person that filled it take a look and he said be careful because for some reason the knob is not attached to the shaft (It fell right off the shaft when I handed it to him). Now I already knew that and I can tell you I am not one for over tightening things. I finally just discharged all the gasses out of the gun and the tank and then took it all apart. The person at the fill station said he never saw anything like that? Well neither had I until now. I have not sent it back but will tomorrow. I hope my next one is problem free because it is the first thing I will check for. It probably has never happened before but it did to me.

I can see it is a very useful item to have for your PCP air guns, especially with the great bleeder valve.

Cons
Just the fact that a quality name brand item was not checked for something like that before it left the factory. Someone could have got hurt pretty bad if they did not know what they were doing. I worked for San Diego Gas and Electric for 21 years so I do have an idea about how things like this work.

Adapter works very well with paintball type CO2 tanks.
