An unavoidable side effect of having one of these in a holster strapped to your hip is that it will make you look like a bada55… this can’t be helped … it’s not a good candidate for concealed carry… Unless you don’t mind looking like you have a tumor…
Pros
Excellent feel. Full size and realistically heavy, doesn’t feel at all like a toy. Airsoft ammo needs to be seated completely with an extra push with a pencil eraser or similar because the faux “cartridges“ are precision-machined, and the fit isn’t “tight”, but it is solid, firm, and allows the charge from the co2 cartridge to build up fully before it will allow the round to dislodge and enter the barrel. This allows a high velocity, and in spite of the description, it’s loud as heck. It’s report is not typical of an air gun, but more closely resembles that of .22 short. This is just loud enough to be quite gratifying. Don’t be surprised if you fire it through a chrono & get closer to a 500 fps reading. Oh, I almost forgot… I am 62 years old, but the neon orange muzzle-collar … uh … ‘fell off’ while I was trying to … uh … tighten it … and, well, removing it is illegal… you can’t do it … So DONT! Anyway, I love mine…. I think it’s a purchase you should make while you still can.
Cons
I kind of wish the grips were made out of something a little more substantial, but that’s pretty minor. It is not uncommon for these to develop a slow leak overtime… There are tons of instructional videos on YouTube about easy things one can do to stop this… Take advantage of that if it comes up. I got a black ballistic nylon holster… A cheap Crosman brand at Wallyworld which I would highly recommend if you are going to be out and about with it… It will protect it and keep it functioning and looking good…
