Pros
Its a decent sight for the price. You get what you pay for and the dot Is too big for my preference. I like a 3 moa dot this has to be 5 or 6 moa dot. Hey Edward, (the reviewer below) This sais It mounts to a 3/8" Dovetail. I know you got better things to do than read
but even a 2 second google search would tell you some Fascinating Info. That 3/8" equals around 9.520mm which is 9-1/2mm dovetail. Furthermore, many dot sights and mounts have the Screws mounted permanently and have a retaining bracket plate with removable nuts on the other side. Also 99% of the time, with everything from scope rings, mounts, dot sights, adapters, etc the retaining bracket plate has 2 sizes, one on each end. You simply spin the plate Around. However, I dont believe this sight Is meant for 11mm dovetails
I put this on my Beeman P17 handgun because I need glasses to see the gun sights clearly which made the target very blurry, if I could see it at all, depending on the size of the bullseye. At 15 feet this allows me to have a clearer target with clear sights. It was easy to mount and easy to zero. It seems to be able to withstand the jolts and vibration form cocking the gun by holding zero.
Pros
May help if you use glasses to see near and or far. It helps me.
Cons
Instructions are in micro print.
For the money, this Red Dot is easy to sight and install. Just remember to turn it off or you will have dead batteries when you go to use it.
Unit itself is probably ok but unknown because it's impossible to mount. One of the 2 bolts won't even come out of the base. I'll need to return this item.
Pros
Delivered on time. Turns on.
Cons
Doesn't fit the 11mm dovetail. Hardware is badly machined.
I installed the red on my Benjamin Nitro Pistol. What a difference in shooting bullseye.
Pros
Easy to install and sight in.
Cons
None! It is red dot only with many brightness levels.
Very accurate, easy to use
Quality is very good. Holds on the dovetail very well. Great sight picture. Great for shooting at wood chucks.
Very clear vision and very easy to get sight picture.
Just wish it had a timer on the red dot. I keep for getting to turn it off. But thats just my stupidity.
Cons
None
Set up was easy, works very good. I like that it has an adjustable red dot.
You can't beat this for the price. I mounted it on my brand new Umarex Trevox .177cal monster of a gas piston pellet pistol. It already hits dead on without sighting it in! I was lucky on that count! It has a large (30mm) & clear sight picture. The red dot itself has 11 settings for brightness. So far, the lowest is fine for me. It also really looks wicked mounted on this particular pistol. Battery & lens covers are included too. It enables super quick target sighting, as opposed to using the iron sights for these 62yr old tired eyes. My only hassle was trying to mount it. The whole mounting assembly falls off if you don't hold it a certain way while trying to tighten it in place. It does however give you a choice of two sizes for the mounting rails you may have. I would've given a full 5 stars if it weren't for the mounting difficulties. The scope itself is a gem.
Pros
Great scope for the price.
Cons
A real hassle to mount.

Scott from USAHas anyone used this on a Browning 800 mag ?
asked James from USAI put one on the Browning 800 express and I couldn't keep it in place no matter how tight I had it. It kept sliding back on the dovetail and spreded the clap. Also after 50 shots the switch loosened up and the red dot stopped working. Piece of junk. I returned it.
JayI just set this up on my Browning 800. Seems to work very well, but, the pistol has a severe kick, which will move this sight guaranteed, no matter how tightly you torque it down. Nicely, however, the design of the gun itself lets you mount this so that it touches the back sight, which stops the motion. Only drawback I can see is that the rubber cap for the back of the sight will not fit along the bottom. And, let's all not forget, this sight goes up to 11! Spinal Tap fans will know what I'm on about.
WadeI've not used it on the Browning 800 but that shouldn't matter as long as the rail accommodates it. It's quite accurate but only up to about 100 yards. The problem with red dot sights is that they generally have no magnification so if you are shooting at a target at about 100 yards or farther, the red dot completely covers the target so you can hit the target in general but you can't really pinpoint the kill zone, ie if you are shooting at a boar you want to hit it right on the shoulder or slightly in front of/below, but with the red dot, the dot covers most of the body so you can't pick your kill spot.

OpTic_Drift
I almost sent it back, thinking it would not fit a 3/8 rail. Shown on a Beeman P17.
Pros
It does fit a 3/8 rail, but
Cons
the instructions dont tell how. You have to take the rail bars off and turn them over so the 3/8 markings face out. Then it fits.
