So far so good. I mounted 2 to different guns. They have only been mounted about 2 weeks. Optics are clear.
Recently mounted scope w/one piece medium base,1"rings ,on Diana K98.22Cal Its all I wanted and more!Good sniper small game rig.I can't wait to hunt with it!
Pros
QUALITY,Constistancy B.S.A. has not done me wrong yet!
Cons
none
Outstanding scope. Crystal clear optics throughout the adjustment range. The only complaint is the screw-in lens caps. If you are cruising through the woods critter hunting (squirrels, rabbits, etc) you want to have ready access to your scope. With the lens caps in place, by the time you get the covers off, your quarry could be in the next county. I solved this problem by using Butler Creek Flip-Open Scope Covers (Size 18/Size 39, Eyepiece/Objective respectively). Other then the scope covers, I feel you can't go wrong with this scope and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality scope at a reasonable price.
Cons
Screw-in scope covers
AFTER MOUNTING THIS SCOPE ON MY RIFLE I SHOT 30 TO 40 ROUNDS THROUGH IT AND THE RETICLE STARTED TURNING. JUST GETTING IT PACKED UP TO RETURN IT AND TRY AGAIN.
Pros
EASY TO SITE IN
I got this for my Gamo Bull Whisper bone collector .22 and I have to say its awesome its every thing I was looking for I would recommend it to any airgun shooter.
Pros
Great scope ao
Cons
Little bit on the heavy side
Just received the BSA Scope and the Lock down RSW mount. I am very impressed with the quality of both the mount and the scope.I have it mounted on my RWS 34 Diana and it's a match made in heaven for this Air Gun. After mounting I placed a lazer in the bore and at 15 yards I had to turn the up adjustment to its max up adjustment to align the crosshairs with the lazer dot. It only required 3 clicks to the left to align the windage with the lazer dot. I have not shot it yet and I hope I do not have to adjust any higher.
I bought this for an RWS .177 that I bought a few years ago and never put a scope on it. I had tried to sight it in with the fixed sights and was not happy. So I bought the RWS rail type scope mount and started looking for a scope, many scopes I found locally were too short (the tube) to work with the RWS rings. I saw the BSA and could not believe the price, what a great deal . . . ordered it immediately. It is an awsome scope, perfectly suited for a break barrel airgun, my rifle is awesome now and I can drive nails with it. Highly recommended, in fact I am thinking about buying another one for my Ruger 10/22.
Pros
High quality, many high end features
Cons
Nothing!
Just got this scope today along with a 1 piece lock-down mount. All I can say is WOW. This is the nicest scope on any of my rifles. It looks a lot bigger than many of the 3-9x40 scopes I've seen, but that's what it is. It has some nice features like an AO dial and an adjustable eyepiece. The turrets are nice and tall and are clearly labeled, but they need to be pressed down to engage the 1/4 MOA dial. The scope was easy to sight in on my Gamo Big Cat 1200, and is definitely better than the scope that came on it (which is now on a 60 year old .22 rifle). I also have a .22 whisper that came with a 3-9x40 Gamo scope, and I am considering switching them but seeing as they will lose their zero if I switch them, I'm going to hold off. Besides, the Big cat looks pretty sick with this scope on it. The sight picture is very clear and the reticule is your typical rifle scope crosshairs. Highly recommend this scope, get a 1 piece mount with it.
Pros
Adjustable AO and eyepiece
Looks pretty sick
Variable zoom
Clear sight picture
Holds its zero
Cons
Heavy (not unbearable weight but its noticeable)
Kind of bulky
The scope covers it comes with screw into the scope, I'm probably goign to get flip-ups

I mounted this on a Marauder .22 and I can clearly see that this scope makes my gun as accurate as it possibly can be!
Adjustable 3 up to 9 magnification means that I can zoom in and see the hole I just made from quite some distance.
I chose this scope not only for the very reasonable price, ($110) but for the no frills features. Less is more!
I just need quality, clarity, and a clean look.
Pros
Appears to have quality optics. The turret adjustments have a quality positive click and accurate adjustments. Price The metal turret caps and lens caps
