FAS AR611 Sporter, 10m Rifle

The FAS AR611 10 Meter Competition Air Rifle is a fantastic tailor made entry level 10m gun for those that are serious about competing and increasing their abilities in 10m air rifle. FAS takes their storied and well-respected expertise in 10m air pistols and have produced a fantastic offering in the world of 10m air rifles.

The AR611 is an internally regulated sidelever PCP that is housed in a beautifully designed and well-engineered walnut oil finish stock. The FAS Pressure Reducer (their name for an internal regulator) helps to ensure a consistent flow of air to the valve. This maintains constant performance shot after shot and prevents excessive pressure surges that may damage the gun. The stock was designed with ISSF 10m shooting in mind as shooters will love the wide flat forend of the stock to cradle the rifle. This flat stock forend along with the fine balance of the rifle aids the shooter during long 60 minute plus matches. The walnut itself is beautifully detailed and has an adjustable comb and butt plate to cater to the shooter. The trigger is a fully adjustable match trigger that breaks from the factory at just over a pound. Standard adjustments, as well as length of pull, can be adjusted with ease.
The barrel itself is a ball burnished barrel. This is a well-regarded process used by some of the finest barrel makers. After rifling the barrel, a hard steel ball sized slightly larger than the bore is passed down the barrel to smooth out and eliminate all signs of boring marks. The end result is a more accurate barrel devoid of tool markings that can throw accuracy. Each rifle is hand tested by a seasoned 10m shooter and a shot target is provided to show accuracy (shot by hand, not in a rest). The FAS AR611 comes housed in a hard case giving you almost everything you need to travel to your next match. All you?ll need to provide is an air source and your favorite match pellet!
