The Crosman Full Auto R1 adds another great entry to their lineup of successful and enjoyable full auto CO2 BB guns. With realistic feel and AR compatible components you can customize, this gun is great for target practice or mowing down any cans that get in your way.
Powered by 2 CO2 cartridges in the 25rd drop free magazine and capable of speeds up to 430 fps and up to a blistering 1400 rounds a minute, this rifle is built for serious fun. The buttstock is adjustable to 6 different positions to give you the perfect length of pull, and you can swap out the pistol grip with your favorite AR compatible grip.
This air rifle is great for practice and learning how to safely handle a gun, with its convincing operation, blowback, and magazine function. If you're already familiar with the powder burning AR platform, this is also a quieter and cheaper option you'll love.
This CO2 rifle includes a removable red dot sight that mounts on the top Picatinny rail, but you can use any combination of scope, lights, bipods and other accessories on the quad Picatinny forearm rails on the handguard. Also, the included speedloader means you'll spend more time shooting and less time reloading.
If you're looking for an affordable CO2 BB gun intro to practicing with the AR platform, or just a great way to shred targets and cans, get the Crosman Full Auto R1 today at Airgun Depot.

If you are looking for a realistic gun and want one that functions exactly like a gun, I highly recommend this.
Pros
It is very accurate and fast shooting. It is also helpful that the sight comes included and is sighted in, for the most part. It is the most realistic BB gun I’ve ever had. Awesome
Cons
It isn’t that efficient on CO2. Also the speed loader is a bit fragile. I broke the top with little force. Now I have to use a piece of cloth so I don’t stab my hand.
Pros
Feels solid.
Cons
DO NOT BUY THIS GUN! It’s the biggest pos air rifle I’ve ever owned. The action jambs. Low capacity magazine makes shooting on full-auto very disappointing. CO2 consistently fails. The speed loader is made of cheap plastic. It jambs and breaks very easy. Don’t waste your time or money on this one!
Warning: Addictive. Buy CO cartridges and BB's in bulk. Also, if you kit one of these things out, they can look extremely real to passersby and/or COPS! Don't kit one out and then wave it around in public unless you are stupid and are looking to make trouble, and if you do make that mistake and somebody yells "Drop the weapon!" drop it and explain later! These are big boy toys. Really COOL big boy toys, but not something you'd give to a kid and have them roam the neighborhood with unless you don't love your kids! My 12 yr old has had gun safety training and only shoots these with me, with protective shooters glasses on, in an area where we know it's safe and where nobody is going to wander by and have SWAT teams descending on us! Very cool guns. Just good to remember nobody can tell it from real at a distance so act responsibly with them due to that fact.
Pros
I have both an R1 and a DPMS. Either of these guns is pretty fabulous in my opinion. The red dot that came on the R1 is actually not a bad little sight and my 12 yr old son prefers that. I put a cheap pinty green dot laser on the DPMS and to me that is the right deal. One could easily be mounted on the R1 as well. The full rail system on these lends the guns to a wealth of legal customization possibilities. My DPMS is set up to be indistinguishable from an M4, and the same could be done with an R1. I'm holding off on completely accessorizing the R1 yet, because it's a pretty nice looking rig as is and other than maybe adding a green dot laser some day, it really needs nothing. I had a pair of "real steel" Colt AR's years ago. It has been rumored that one of them may have been "customized"... slightly... back when "customizing" AR's was difficult but not impossible. This is the closest thing you could ask for to the feel of the real thing on full-auto, and best of all completely legal!
Cons
The biggest drawback to these is the 25-round mags are gone in about one second on full auto. We just received a QR mag from airgun depot, and IMO those are a must-have extra expenditures for these guns! I wrote a review on the QR mag as well, and as I shared there, with a QR mag and the cheap but effective green dot laser you can fire from the hip effectively putting several good bursts on a milk jug from 30-40 feet away, and then be reloaded and ready to do it again in just seconds. To me, these accessories take the full auto experience into a much more pleasurable realm, and bring out the fun potential of what these guns can do. As-is, out of the box with just a single 25-round mag, you're reloading the mag constantly instead of plinking or spraying anything. Also worth noting, if there is a hard backstop behind where you're shooting, shooters glasses are not optional. BB bounceback on full auto from hard surfaces is a real thing. Think "Normal safety precautions X 25!"
If you really wanted to truly have the BEST fully auto BB rifle.. 2 things:
1. Make an upgrade that allows for a drum or magazine that is capable of emptying 300-500+ BB in one single clip / or drum
2. Make an upgrade that allows for a paint ball size CO2 tank of around 20oz.
With these two things, this BB gun would be the hell mary of all BB air rifles on the market.
The biggest benefit is the ability to shoot fully auto for significantly longer periods of time due to having a much larger magazine that holds way more than 25 BB's at a time, and not having to worry with changing out the mini CO2 cartridges after 100-125 shots. Another benefit, you will sell more BB's
When you guys design this upgrade, I will be first in line to purchase it and switch my review to a 5 star. Please produce this!!!
Pros
It is well made, durable, and looks and feels just like a real AR.
Cons
The magazine only holding 25 rounds is pretty disappointing and the fact that if you like to shoot fully auto, you will have to refill the dual mini CO2 cartridges after about 4 or 5 magazines. Read my comments below - if you produce this, I will gladly switch my review to a 5 star.
Pros
THIS IS A AWESOME AIRGUN,,,,,HERE IS A PICTURE FULLY CUSTOMISED,,,,,THE STOCK,GRIP,FLASHHIDER,ETC.
Cons

asked Treyvin from USAThe trigger can not be swapped out for firearms triggers. They are totally different.
Mark from USASince range lowers the faster you shoot a semiautomatic, how much does a fully automatic that shoots 1400 per min. Behave?
asked Daniel from USAI would say the FPS decreases but I am not sure how much. The magazine unloads in less than 3 seconds by my estimation.
Keith from USAWhy do they not make a higher capacity magazine, or a drum?
asked Daniel from USAThey do, now. It is out of stock though.
Keith from USAThat is a question for Crosman.

It’s a good airgun for cqb- mid range small game, plinking, and training. Has some flaws but it is an airgun. I enjoy it quite a bit but it can be a bit frustrating too. It works ok for me and I do recommend it.
Pros
The size and weight is super similar to a mk18 that special operations seem to use so much. Super easy to use. Has good functionality and fairly accurate even in full auto. I’ve shot well over 2,000 shots since spring and enjoyed it immensely. I train often with it. Swapped the stock and red dot for better things and added a good sling and forgrip. Idk if I can change the handgaurd but I’d love to if and when possible.
Cons
The biggest issue I have is the bolt carrier lock system. It broke at probably 1,000 rounds. Still shoots but I lost a lot when it stoped locking back on the last round. Super disappointing. The grouping’s on full auto aren’t very tight ngl. For an sbr airgun not dreadful but I’d only use it at very close range. And the handgaurd doesn’t hold anything zeroed in. My laser aiming device has at about 30 feet a 3.5” change depending on how I hold the gun. That’s why I’d love to change it out if possible.
