CZ 75D Compact BB Pistol, Dual Tone

I really do like the appearance of this pistol. These dual tone pistols from ASG with the silver metal slides are quite eye catching.

Pros
Decent weight from the full size mag. Has really nice textured rubber grips that feel great.

Cons
Though the slide can be racked back to cock the hammer, it is not blowback action. The trigger is a bit creaky and the pistol is very lightweight when the mag is removed.

Smooth light trigger. Very accurate. Well balanced. Good power. Lots of shots per CO2 cartridge. Only two negatives. The spring in the magazine is pretty stiff and difficult to set the spring for loading. I used a metal tool to compress the spring and set it against the latch. After about six or seven cartridges, the latch that holds the spring had worn appreciably and would no longer hold the compressed spring making it nearly impossible to load BBs. I ordered another magazine and will use a wood or plastic tool to compress the spring. Hopefully, it will last longer than the first one. The other issue is the screw to snug the cartridge against the seal is very small and slotted. An allen socked screw would be much better.

This CZ Compact is a top quality pistol, especially considering the price. It's not packed in a plastic package from hell; this one has a nice cardboard box, nice instructions, and a handy little tool for sliding back the magazine spring. The tool also is useful on other magazines as well. I use a screwdriver to tighten the CO2 cartridge although the tool also has a screwdriver head attached. The magazine is top quality. The pistol is a looker. Really nice use of silver on the slide. Excellent. Very smooth trigger pull. I really liked this pistol from the go.

The gun is very very accurate out of the box. I attached an inexpensive laser on the rail and had it sighted in just two shots. Good luck for me this time, and with no blowback, the setting of the laser stayed locked on for eight clips. I"m downloading a picture of the target sheet. Center large target with two laser setup fliers is this gun. Positively shredded at 18 feet, freehand, laser assisted. About a two inch total window. Smaller target top was a Beretta PX4. One on the left, Beretta 90Two, also a new pistol. One on the right was a S&W M&P 45. This pistol will not disappoint you if you choose to add it to your collection. I'm very happy I did.

Very well made, at 5 to 8 yrds.right dead on target. At 20 yards you get a few fliers and the ones that do hit the target have a 2 inch group weather it's 10 out of 10 or 6 out of 10.I would recommend for any one that just wants to plink around

Very close to the real CZ .Good practice when ammo is hard to find .

Very realistic looking. Feels good in the hand, well balanced and has good weight to it. Holds 2 inch groupings at 40 feet. Got over 140 shots out of one co2 powerlet. I would recommend this for those wanting to plink around or short distance target shoot. Would recommend buying an extra magazine, for more time shooting and less time reloading.

3 dot sights help aim quick at the target. Adjustable rear sight a plus. Really like the two tone look and the idea of the metal slide. Rubber grips are great for no slip grip.

Wish it had blowback. and a slide lock feature. Safety lever is a bit hard to move, needs to move easier. Hate the idea of needing a special tool to tighten up co2 screw, Should of had a thumb screw for this.
