I use this lightly on moving parts on my marauder. I also use the felt cleaning pellets to clean between shooting sessions. I saturate the first pellet with this oil and then the following two shot are with dry ones. It cleans very well.

Pros
great lubricating oil

There are many different types of oil out there for your air gun. I bought this to lubricate the mechanical joints/rails in my air guns. It's not too thick and not too watery, works great so far. I can really feel the difference in operation smoothness before and after the application.

HOW MUCH CAN I SAY ABOUT THE OIL SINCE IT IS THE FIRST TIME I USED IT ON THE PISTOL.. AFTER PIRING, I TOOK A DROP OF OIL ON A Q-TIP AND RUBBED IT INSIDE THE MAG HLDER AREA AND ON THE MAGAZINE SRING ITSELF. I ALSO ADDED A TINY DROP INSIDE THE CHAMBER FROM THE POINT OF BB RELEASE INTO THE BARREL SO THE BB REMOVES THE DIRT AND REMAINDER OF GUNNK INSIDE THE BARREL I WILL LET YOU KNOW AFTER I TARGET PRACTICE WITH MY NEPHEW AGAIN THIS WEEKEND HOW GOOD A JOB IT DID. RIGHT NOW I WILL GIVE IT AN 8

I typically have always bought Crosman pell gun oil, but gave GAMO a chance, and from what I can tell, it works just as well, and you get more for the same price

Pros
More for the same price. Seems to don the job it is supposed to do.

Cons
None that I can determine.

I use it on the exposed metal parts, never in the spring cylinder.

Pros
dropper bottle makes oiling things more house friendly , rather than making a whole room stink like oil.

Cons
N/A

Keep your guns well oiled and they'll last longer.
This stuff is great. Always keep it in my field box

Never leave the metal parts of your gun un-oiled.
Blueing won't last with dirty finger marks. A little Gamo oil on a rag to wipe down the barrel, breach, or other metal parts and you're good to go.
This oil flows well, doesn't 'stick' too much, and is not smelly.

Anybody knows if I can use it for lub the cartridge & the seals inside the gun, like the crossman pellgun oil?

asked antonio from Mexico

I have a BSA Buccaneer (essentially the same as a Gamo Coyote). The manual says NOT to use oil containing silicone as it can "cause damage to metal surfaces". It recommends Molykote 111. Will this Gamo oil suffice for the Buccaneer, or is it silicone oil - or, does it really make any difference?

asked Michael from USA

Wondering how much oil is in the bottle, don't see it in the specs or on the bottle. Anyone know?

asked Woodchuck

Hello, Could you send two bottles of that oil to Ontario-Canada? What would be the shipping price? Thanks a lot.

I was thinking about buying this along with a Co2 revolver the crosman 357. Is it safe to use all around?

asked david

I think it would be fine to use all around the revolver. Gamo doesn't give any warnings about using its oil on Co2 guns so it should be ok, you should also check the recommended maintenance for the revolver just to be sure or check with crossman directly. If there's no problem with using the oil I recommend oiling the gun after you use it. Just moisten a paper towel with oil (not to much, only as needed) and rub it on with the paper towel.

Samuel from USA

I would suggest crosman pellgun oil instead

Connor from USA

How is the oil used and where is it applied? How often?

asked Jerry Bullock

You can apply this to the hinges and different moving areas of the gun to keep them in good working order. It can also be used to clean the gun. Make sure to never use this in the spring piston chamber. It could cause serious injury.

can gamo air gun oil be used instead of crosman rmcoil?

asked Rick

It is not recommended to substitute oils as they are often used for different things. Gamo airgun oil should not be used on the air chamber where as crosman rmc oil is chamber oil.
