a pack came with my air gun for free and i still feel ripped off. almost all over-sized. a majority didn't fit in the gun at all and the 30 or so that did were a very tight fit. not great at range either
Pros
grouped well at 15 yards
Cons
most (like 60%) of the pellets didn't fit and had to be thrown out. the ones that did barely did. after about 20 yards their light weight comes into play as these pellets (or at least mine) stopped grouping well at all
I use these in my beeman and consistently shoot 1\2" groups at 25 yards. I used this pellet to take a groundhog at 22 yards. The groundhog went down with one shot no problem. I have now taken one large and one small groundhog with these pellets. Both were one shot kills.
Pros
Accuracy and penetration
Cons
None that I have encountered
I picked up a tin with my rifle at the local brick & mortar, and just haven't been impressed for the price. Out of a Benjamin Trail NP2, it seems really inconsistent, throwing much lower than I'd expect a 14.5g (versus the 14.3g CPHP the gun is sighted for) pellet to land. Worth pointing out that these alternative metals are significantly harder than lead, so don't deform in any manner for penetration or hunting "expansion".
I shot these pellets at a lead free range using a Diana RWS 460 Magnum .22 springer. Their size seemed to be all over the place. Some were loose and some were sung fits into the breech. Some were so snug that when pushing them into the breech the skits bent. The more loosely fitting pellets grouped OK at 50 feet at the indoor range, but until Gamo can produce a consistent size, I would recommend using something like the H&N Barracuda Greens if you have to shoot lead free someplace.
Pros
Loose fitting pellets into the breech grouped fine at 50 feet at an indoor range.
Cons
Too many pellets were snug to very snug fits, where sometimes the skirts were bent while pushing them into the breech. Gama needs to improve their consistency.
Well they are .22 cal., sorta. Most do not fit the chamber. They aren't copper, only copper coated. Not even sure what the base metal is. These pellets are poorly made.
Pros
None what so ever.
Cons
Read review.
i just tried these in my benjamin 22 pellet rifle and they shot great at 20 yards. I could hit the same hole over and over. These pellets are the best I have tried so far.
Pros
fit in gun great seal good
Cons
nothing so far except the price
AMMUNITION USED IN THIS CARABIN HATSAN XRD 135, 1000 FPS WITH THE RESULT WAS EXCELLENT WITH GREAT GROUP, distances of 50, 60, 70 METERS.
Pros
The container is labeled 22 calibur, but the pellets are a mixture of sizes. About 80% fit the gun snugly. 15% are too big, therefore unusable. Less than 5% are loose in the barrel.
Cons
Cons:the pellet diameter is inconsistant.
