This thing is very powerful and is defintely suitable for pesting!

Pros
If you are getting this to hunt rabbits Close range from about 50 feet, This thing is worth it and will work when rabbit hunting.

Cons
You have to push down all the pellets into the mag when a flat surface, and if you do it with your finger or nail it will ruin the pellets.

If you want a spot on pellet pistol, this is one has been very consistent.

Pros
Super cool looking. Fits very well into my Medium sized hands. Shoots very accurate, more than I thought it would. Very impressed with the easy double action trigger feel. Oddly the single action feels heavier.

Cons
A screw on grip or maybe just an access hole from the bottom for the cartridge. The grip seems to fit very snug so far as I'm on my second cartridge, but I can tell it will loosen up with more use.

Pros
Metal material, heavy feel, Great looking, 8 round pellets, rifled barrel.

Cons
Too bad, manufacturing defect found upon receving. Loosing handle part, cheap plastic handle parts, plastic co2 pressing screw (not sure how long it will last. Look at the pictures, the cylinder is not locked centered at all.

This is a great upgrade from my entry level CO2 replica revolver. The one that comes in clamshell packaging labelled as 'SEMIAUTOMATIC'??
This gun feels good in my hand, shoots one inch groups @ thirty feet from a bench rest, and gets about sixty shots from a CO2 cartridge

Cons
The rails are not standard size for mounting lasers, sights and nobody sells anything aftermarket that is a proper fit. I epoxied an accessory rail onto the gun so I could mount a red dot reticule sight! I attempted to sight in @ thirty feet from a bench rest. The adjustable rear sight was 'bottomed out' and I was shooting tight one inch groups, two inches above my aim point at thirty feet. I contacted Gamo about it, and they said to 'use heavier ammo'. The issue isn't my pellet weight! Way to go guys, how does that constitute Customer support?

After lots of looking around, I wanted an air pistol that looked and felt like its counterpart firearm and the GAMO PR-776 was it !!! The other revolver types felt like you weren't holding a gun but a toy, but not this one, the weight and feel is BAD TO THE BONE...or the price was way outta sight . I don't care if other revolvers come with shells , I'm looking for max shots and having to spend time reloading.I love the fully adjustable rear sight but I didn't need to do any adjusting to the sights as you can see in the pic. Most of the shots were done in single action, but towards the end I wanted to have fun!!!!
Alot of people didn't like the fact that you can't put any optics on the rails because they're too small, but that was fine with me beacuse I prefer open sights with a revolver. I also want to give cudos to Rick Eutsler at Airgun web tv and his review of the GAMO PR-776 to help me make my decission.
I would recommend you buy exra mags (you're gonna need them) , and use RWS Hobby pellets. If you like drop leg holsters, the one I got works reaaly well. It comes from Outbags USA.
There was a problem with the shipping, I recieved the gun and extra mags but the pellets didn't arrive. So Imwaited a few days then I called Ruth in customer service and she hooked me right up with a replacement pellet order with no questions asked.

Pros
Everything....the shot count, the weight, feel, the drop out cylinder, did I mention the shot count...I can go through about 7 mags before I need to replace the CO2, 5 & 1/2 if I'm shooting for accuracy, also the accuracy. Over all, this gun is very fun to shoot. I can tell I'm going to be going though alot of pellets.

Cons
Absolutly None so far...

This Gamo 776 has become my new favorite pellet pistol. It has a great feel in my hand and is a very accurate gun. I think the two might go together with whatever I'm shooting. Except for the grips, which are a nice quality plastic, the gun is all metal and checks in at over two and a half pounds. It has two top quality metal magazines that hold the RWS Basic pellets quite well. I seat them and they don't fall out and don't misfire. I wish extra mags were available. I favor shooting single action. Both the hammer and the trigger are smooth and solid. I mounted a red dot on mine using a Wesson slide-on rail. It's a solid attachment. Clearly the gun is made by the same place in Taiwan that makes the Wessons. The handle does not seem as fiddly as that on my Wesson and S&W revolvers, but maybe I'm just getting better at loading the CO2. I think this pistol is nice looking, but some might object to the large font "776" on the side. I'm OK with it. Overall this pistol has become my favorite revolver. I really like it.

Pros
Quality components, accuracy, ease of use, economical on CO2.

Cons
Wish it came with a rail. Mine didn't.

I like this very much I tested it as soon as I received it and I was glad to see that
it functioned perfectly. It is easy to load comes with two mags, accurate I think it comes
very close to the S&W 586 that's sells for a lot more

Pros
Accurate, lots of shots,no leaks, easy to load , almost all metal construction all in a nice gun

Cons
Extra mags are not available at this time,It doesn't have the Weaver top mount that the D.Wesson's have That's all I can really say about it.
