Terms & Conditions

Airgun Depot promotions (the "Contest") will be defined in the section "Giveaways" unless otherwise noted. Each Contest will be subject to the Term & Conditions found on www.airgundepot.com/giveaway.html (the "Page").
Each Contest is intended for entry only in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and is governed by U.S. law. Do not enter if you are not eligible or do not live in the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. at the time of entry.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter, or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, at time of entry.
PRIZE(S): The winner of the Contest will win the prize as defined under Giveaways.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Contest will be available during the period defined under Giveaways ("Promotion Period"). All time referenced herein is Eastern Time.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, an Entrant will receive an entry into the Contest by following the link in the Giveaway section above, or by some other method defined above. Entrants may only enter once. Any Entrant who uses fraudulent entry methods, or otherwise attempts to participate multiple times, or with multiple e-mail and/or addresses under multiple identities will be disqualified. Airgun Depot reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any Entry and/or entrants at any time during the Contest.
DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: The next day or around two (2) business days after each day during the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be held by Airgun Depot from all eligible entries received each day to select one (1) winner of the Prize. Potential Prize winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail (based on sole discretion of Airgun Depot) on or within approximately two (2) weeks of the drawing and may be required to complete, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification. Prizes will be mailed to verified winners once confirmed within 2 - 4 weeks. Non-winners will not be contacted.
GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Airgun Depot, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to timely return or properly complete Release Documents, or if a prize notification or any prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential winner is not eligible or does not comply with these Official Rules prize forfeiture will result and an alternate potential winner will be selected. By entering and/or accepting a prize, Entrants and winners hereby consent, to the use by Airgun Depot of their name, image, likeness, voice, hometown, and/or biographical information in any and all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval.
Airgun Depot assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or illegible e-mail Entries; nor for any computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; nor service provider, Internet, Web site, user net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, any technical error; nor for unauthorized human intervention, human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; nor for the failure to capture any such information. Proof that you uploaded an Entry is not proof of its receipt.
Employees, officers, and directors of Airgun Depot, LLC. (the "Company" or the "Sponsor"), each of their respective legal representatives; affiliates; parents; subsidiaries; advertising, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies; and their immediate families (and those living in their respective households) are not eligible to participate or claim a prize.
