I would recommend this pellet highly...
Great hollowpoint for under 10 yds. after that they start spraying all over the target. but at 10 yds they will destroy anything
Cons
bad accuracy
This pellet is one of the best performers in my rifle giving a nice 1/2" group at 25 yards in my Gamo Bull Whisper bone collector. Very pleased with these god looking pellets with their prominent hollow point that I have no doubts will expand if you can get them to the target with decent velocity. I also note that these printed to my zero even though the rifle is zeroed with a substantially lighter pellet (Gamo Hunter) Can't wait to get these on some long range targets to test performance.
Pros
Excellent accuracy in my rifle, Look good nice in between heavy weight.
Cons
None
Here is a photo of the Crow Magnum pellets in some expansion tests I conducted. The pellets were fired at 1000 fps and 1200 fps. This is an excellent pellet for hunting, especially with higher powered guns. The 1000 fps pellet penetrated two milk cartons filled with water stopping in the second carton. The 1200 fps pellet penetrated 3 cartons and stopped in the third. You can see how well the Crow Magnums expanded. These pellets Hit Very Hard and did exactly what they are designed to do. My Ruger Air Mag loved them shooting them very accurately...
Pros
Perfect For Hunting especially in higher powered rifles...
Cons
none
I have been doing some ballistics tests and one pellet tested was the Crow Magnum. I used wax paper milk cartons lined up one after the other filled with water. I used these since the body is somewhere near 95 percent water and felt this would be a good medium for expansion tests minus Ballistic Jell. When fired the Crow Magnums Hit Very Hard with a loud THAP! I fired them through two different guns. One gun a Stoeger X-20 with Suppressor shoots a 1000 fps and the other is a Ruger Air Magnum at 1200 fps. The 1000 fps went completely through the first milk carton and stopped in the second with fairly good expansion. The 1200 fps test went through the first two cartons and stopped in the third. The expansion on the Air Magnum test was exceptional. Both shots would Definitely be devastating to any organs it would have passed through. See photos for both expansion test results. I would say these pellets would be best shot from a high powered gun. Though even if used in slower guns I'm sure they would hit with authority none the less. Just the Large Open Mouth of these pellets would create a serious wound channel with devastating results to surrounding tissue...
Pros
Good Expansion and HARD Hitting... Have not tried them for hunting but with these test results they are Killers... Lesson Learned, You get what ya pay for...
Spend the Money once and enjoy the quality and fruits of such...

I have shot this pellet in a Gamo Rocket and CFR. In both guns these performed, well, terrifically. I was a little skeptical about paying for a premium grade pellet, but they have performed so well, I'd buy it again. I have mostly shot at 10-20yards with these and only for target shooting. I have not tried hunting with them.
Pros
Consistent shape, accurate, fair priced.
Cons
Can't think of any.. price can be lower I suppose.
Hitting the target in good grouping. So far so good.

Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product. How well do they expand
asked JohnThe expand very well as long as there moving fast enough at least 800 fps
DONDRIQUES from USACan these pellets shoot in a nighthawk 7mm... (.177)?
asked Niyshaat
hit a squirrel twice perfect frontal shot and after recovering from the massive impact just got up and ran away. almost like they didn't penetrate or expand.
Pros
very accurite, like all h and n pellets. I use a crosman fire at about 17-20 fpe depending on the pellet. Hit HARD!!
Cons
there is not much to be helped here in terms of small to medium game lethality. they should try to use softer lead for more expansion.
