asked randyI hate to disagree with the staff but I know I've had clean kills on larger birds form 75 to 80 yards. Yes you have to add a little hold over but that's half the fun of air guns, learning and playing with the ballistics. But if your looking to shoot further, I recommend a larger caliber say .22 or .25. Just my 2 cents worth.
Seth from USAThere are a couple different variables that can determine the outcome. Wind, weight or grain of the pellet being used, how clean the barrel is, and if the gun is fully charged. Fully charged and in the right conditions the farthest it could shoot would be about 50-60 yards. The pellet would droop down severely after that.

This is a serious hunting air gun. Fairly accurate, 1/2 groups at 35 yards. Very powerful repeater for the money. This gun is adjustable in everything but the power. I have found this gun to be pellet sensitive. Mine prefers Crosman premier heavy's and marginally hold sensitive. I have already ordered another one in .25.
Pros
A lot of gun for the money! Simple magazine, good power, feels well made and comes with sling swivels. It also comes with extra o-rings air tank cap and most importantly the appropriate fill adapter.
Cons
Heavy and loud. It's threaded for a suppressor but getting one can be problematic.
