I have only used my product a few times and I take very good care of it but when I sat the gun on my table the tripod just broke in two. I sat it down carefully and it just broke like a piece of junk.
Does the job. Sturdy and no issues after a few months.
Pros
price
Cons
spring loaded legs don't extend and need to be manually pulled down.
Had another BiPod, but it was bulky/Clunky and had Springs exposed that caught on gun case fabricate. This one works fine and is about 4 inches longer when fully extended and very light and sturdy.
Pros
Lighter, and Sturdier than the Brand X
Cons
None
Not bad
stable plat-form to shoot from.. I like that it's higher than my others at the original setting and then can extend a bit more.. It's nice not hunching over when looking through the scope. And, it comes on and off with a quick twist of the nut.. unfortunately you'll need a penny or screw driver, or only put it on finger tight like I've been doing for easy removal.. It would be nice if it had a folding wing nut.. You know, something you could pop up and torque down on and then lay it flat against the rifle again out of the way.. Then you could change stuff on the fly.. well, you still can but you better have a penny or nickle or screwdriver or something to tighten or loosen the nut. Otherwise, I like it lots..
Pros
Higher than other bipods
Cons
needs a quick twist/release nut for easy transitions in the field
The Hatsan Bipod was easy to install, but had difficulty on how to open/close the bipod (there were no instructions included). Works great once you discover you need to pull down on the spring loaded screws on each bipod leg.
Pros
The Hatsan Bipod is easy to install and is quite useful. It’s a necessary addition to the Air Rifle which helps elevate it to add air and also steadies it for aiming.
Cons
Had difficulty on how to open/close the bipod (there were no instructions included).
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product. Will this work with the Blitz???
asked Edward from USAHow does this connect to a Hatsan 130s
asked Ryan from USADoes it come with Mount and if so does it work with the dragon claw air rifle double tank?
asked Cash Carlsonhow or will this attach to hatsan qe 135 30 cal rifle
asked Tom MillsThere is not a picatinny rail on the stock to attach this bipod to. You would be better off with a shooting bag.
Gary from USAWould you recommend this bipod for an underlever rifle or is there a better bipod for my rifle. I just bought the Hatsan 150 Sniper Vortex and I would like a bipod but think they would be difficult to use or get in the way.
asked Michael from USA
This little Bipod is a great value for the price. I bought one to support my Hatsan AT44s-10 QE PCP rifle which weighs in at 8.0 pounds without a scope. Yes, this is not a $500.00 Bipod,by a long shot. However, it does the job and it does it well. I use it to support the Hatsan as a bench rest for the AT44 and it provides fairly firm support. If you use it with care, it should last a long time and do yoeman service for you. If you are the kind of shooter who likes to bang your rifle down for a shooting session, do not buy this item. You will surely eventually break it. However, shooters who are careful with their equipment will find great value here. It keeps my pcp shooter steady, folds well without any problems and is always ready to help me with my shooting. I leave it attached to my AT44s at all times. Would have rated 5 star if the construction was a little heavier.
Pros
Very light weight. Adds some height with feet extenders. Folds easily on releasing locks. Mounts securely to a Piccatany rail. Adds an insignificant amount of weight to your shooter. Is not obtrusive when mounted but not in use while shooting.
Cons
Could break if handled roughtly. Paint scratches easily. No operating manual (you need to discover that the lock screws are the leg retraction screws when pulled down.)
