Just opening this out of the box you can feel how well made it is. Virtually no plastic on it, extremely detailed and for under 125.00....I'm extremely happy. This is my 4th Air Rifle and my instant go to gun.
Pros
Powerful and underrated. I'm getting around 680 FPS with alloy pellets. It's only rated at 650 on the box.
Well made, very solid.
Accurate, getting good 5 shot groupings
Cons
Very hard to cock and break the barrel. It takes a lot of strength, while shooting targets with my son and wife I had to keep loading it. They couldn't come close to doing it themselves.
It's a well built product, can't say much for the scope so I purchased another one. It's a very good looking gun, especially in the Camo version. Shot approximately 500 rounds using Crosman Premier Hollow point pellets, seems to like it pretty much and it's cheap. Accuracy is great, sighted at 20 yards and hits the bulls-eye kill zone at about a dime size grouping. I weighed the gun with my scale with the added scope I purchased and it's about 10 lbs. The break action is not hard at all to load and it's not as loud as a rim fire .22. I'm really happy with the gun so far.
Pros
Price, well built, accurate and a very good looking air rifle
Cons
It feel heavier than the 6.4 lbs. that the specs say it is even with the scope off, I don't know I only had a bathroom scale to weigh it.
The first couple shots were reasonable and it didn't need much of a break in period. After having the gun for a day the scope got dirt in it and the cross-hairs were crooked. I went hunting and when I got done-didn't get anything, it turns out that a screw had fallen out and it was gone. The glue around the barrel was coming off and the sides were also coming off! Also it was the hardest thing to return, don't buy this gun and get something Better!
Pros
Light good grips
Cons
Everything else
I've bought 3 of these in the last month. All are heavy hitters. Shoot accurately. Mine is my go to gun now.
Pros
Best deal going.
Cons
None
Scope is trash. The opens sights hit 4" high at 20 yards and wont go any lower. It is hard as heck to break open. It's loud as a real 22, when it hits a bird, rabbit, etc. It sounds like dropping a steak on the counter it has POWER! I've killed rabbits out to 70-75 yards open sights.
Pros
POWERFUL!
Cons
loud, hard to cock, trash is scope, bad trigger, hit high no matter what
Wow this rifle has exceeded my expectations. As soon as I opened the box, I could just see the quality and this gun is solid!!! Airgun Depot shipped very quickly and provided amazing service. I was looking to upgrade from my Daisy Powerline 880, which I still love. I want to hunt more humanely when it comes to larger pests. So far, this rifle has been very accurate using just iron sights and seems to love and prefer Gamo Rockets. I wish it liked some cheaper pellets but will try JSB Diablo Monsters here soon. I have not used the scope yet but it seems of good quality. It is much quitter than previous break barrels I have owned which was rather surprising all you hear is a klang from the spring and a THWACK from pallet impact. Also it is rather light and I love the camo pattern.
After this purchase, and how much I am impressed with the quality of this brand, I plan on purchasing the 1000s .25 cal model.
Pros
-Great quality
-Great value
-Amazing accuracy
-Rather light
-Good camo pattern
-Quieter than other break barrels I have owned
Cons
-Not purchasing sooner

Brian from USAHatsan made in Turkey I have the torpedo 150th and it shoots lead pellets well over 1250 fps I also have the BT65 pcp rifle in 22 cal. the most powerful air rifle I have ever owned I love them both the BT65 shoots 32 grain lead pellets over 1180 fps and over 70 foot pounds of energy I pump it up past its max and I call it magnum loading lol. From 50yrds hitting quarter size bullseyes every time shot after shot once I got my new swat scope sighted in and use only very heavy pellets to keep the sound down and get better accuracy and the 3 inch thick micro lamb beam I put the targets on the pellets blast right through it. I own a lot of magnum air rifles including rws models but the closest break barrel that even comes close to the power of the pcp rifle is the hatsan torpedo then the next would be my ruger air magnum.

Scott from USAHow hard does it shoot?
asked TaylorIt'll more likely put a 14.3 grain pellet in the 750-780 fps range. The velocity on it is 800, and they use under average weight pellets ( average for .22 is 14.3, probably get 800 fps with a 12-13 grain pellet ) as seen in the video by rick from air gun web ( used a 7.1 grain pellet to get 1000 fps, average 177 cal weight is 7.9 grains ). This gun is in the 17-20 ft.lbs range
SeanConnor: I had the same question, so thanks for the input. Is that a rounded hi-low using a Crony, or just a guesstimate? So basically it's the same power as all the other RWS style guns/clones in this power range? Nice camo pattern btw
ROBERT from USAIt'll put a 14.3 grain pellet out at 650-700fps at the muzzle.

I've recently discovered and and very pleased with Hatsan rifles. This one is no exception, I love the mossy oak camo on this break barrel and highly recommend the Hatsan brand to any serious airgunner. Very pleased with this rifle and also with Airgun Depot, I've purchased many airguns from Airgun Depot and will continue to buy from them in the future.
Pros
Great Camo pattern, great quality airgun.
Cons
Scope is usually hit or miss, I've had misses with other airgun combo's but this one was a hit.
