The Sport HD range offers exceptional value for money without compromising optical performance or build quality. I purchased this scope for my Silent Cat based on positive reviews. Until this week the scope held up as advertised. This past week I noticed that the cross hairs had become misaligned on the left side horizontal. Today while shooting, the left side horizontal went away...left the building...kaput...no longer there. I am in the process of trying to return the scope for another one of the same model. When it worked, I loved it, but it should hold up for longer than a few months. I will update rating accordingly....

purchased this scope for my Benjamin NP Titan .22 caliber. Bar none this is probably the clearest scope i've seen. Once installed it was very easy to sight in. I like the adjustable parallax and the wide views. I also like the simplicity of it,since i'm not really into the bells and whistles. Highly recommend!

Pros
Very high quality, easy to sight in,adjustable parallax setting, wide field of view, can be used on centerfire rifles also

Cons
none

As recommended by AGD personnel for my Hatsan .25, this scope exceeded my expectations. I'm shooting iguanas at short range, but with the adjustable objective for parallax, I've dropped some at 50 yds.

Pros
I'm getting a second one for my .22...it's that good of a 4x32 scope.

I have this mounted on a Crosman 2260 and it is a perfect match for it. Just the right power for the 35 yard max reach of the 2260 IMHO

Pros
Price, Adjustable Objective and super clear optics

Cons
Have not found any cons yet

After having trouble with numerous scopes not standing up to the recoil of my Gamo Whisper Fusion GRT, I called and asked Airgun Depot for a recommendation. They (and others) recommended Hawke with etched glass reticles. I wanted a fixed power, no frills scope. So I chose the 4x32.
It is a relatively heavy, well built scope. It zeroed easily and after about 100 shots, is still holding zero. I hope it will continue for several thousand shots.
The adjustable objective works well and is a nice feature - particularly for the short ranges I shoot at (15 - 25 yards).
Four stars because the reticles are a little thick - which is to be expected with etched glass - and "mil dot" format. IMHO mil dot on an air rifle scope is just plain dumb.
Also, the quality of the lens is on par with the price paid. It's good enough for the intended ranges and purpose of the scope, but there is a slight distortion at the edges. Again, you simply can't get top quality glass for this price. It can't be done. If that's a critical issue for you, expect to spend several hundred - or more.
Overall, I am happy. It appears to be a durable scope and sufficient for my application.

Pros
Price! AO Finger adjustable turrets. Durability - so far.

Cons
Thick mil dot reticles.

what is the od (outside diameter) of the oblective bell?

asked michael from USA

1-.827" (46.4mm)

What scope rings work best on this scope? I want to mount it on my .22 Hatsan 1000s Striker. It has a dovetail mount. I want to find out what rings will fit this? High or medium rings or whatever rings are best.

asked Andy from USA

Will it hold zero?

asked NORMAN

I am wanting to use this particular scope on the sheridan .20 cal. pump pellet rifle. I want to make sure it will stand up to the sheridan. Since I'll have to use the special benjamin mounts to hold the rings, I'm not sure if I should use the 1 piece solid mount or 2 rings. Thought the 1 pc. solid mount may provide more support since having to use the benjamin mounts to build on. The one style Hawke rings appeared to have either knurling or rubber texture on the inside surface of the rings. This is what I want. Or at least provide cushioning from shock and recoil. Also I'm not sure what size rings to get considering the Benjamin mounts and 32mm objective on the scope. I do want to keep the scope as close to barrel as much as possible without the 32mm objective end touching the barrel. Even if i'ts just 1/8th clearance. If anyone can advise on any of this, It would be Greatly Appreciated. Thank You.

Hi friends! I have a nitro gun (1300fps and force of 39 joules) so I need a very, very strong scope! Would this be a good scope with my gun? Or is this scope not strong enough and I will have to calibrate ever shot? thank you!

asked Nilton from Brazil

If you decide against this scope, I highly recommend the Centerpoint 4-16X40AO scope. AGD is running a special on it as an "open box" deal. I recently ordered one of these and it is fine and can handle air rifles. I have 3 of these. I have one that I bought over 2 years ago and its still doing fine. It's on a magnum air rifle.
