This is the best cost - benefit scope out there, outstanding performance... Hawke just rocks... Once you reach Zero... It's Zero forever.. no doubt... the reticle is just perfect for long range shooting.... I have made shots at 110 yards.. Bullseye!
Pros
The best of the best!!! no need to spend 1k or 2k for a good scope..
Cons
don't know what to do with the fancy box it comes in...well protected.... THERE ARE NO CONS on the scope though...
This is an excellent scope, but I had allot of problems keeping it zeroed. I mounted it on my RWS 54 first and then on my RWS 460, and both rifles had problems with scope slippage. I even switched to the 6 screw (3 per side) scope mounting rings which helped, but did not completely solve the problem. I ended up mounting it on my Benjamin 22 PCP rifle and have not had any further problems. I believe the additional weight or mass of the scope with the adjustments and side focus adds addition weight to the scope producing more stress from rifles with high recoil.
Pros
Nice clear optics and the side focus is a nice feature. I would recommend the scope for PCP rifles or those the low recoil.
Cons
Weight of scope makes it difficult to maintain zero with high recoil rifles.
Always good, fast, and efficient! Thanks!
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product. Is the eye relief constant thru the magnification range? The specs only state 3.5". If not constant whats the range?
asked Dean from USA
I mounted this scope on my Gladius 25 long. Only required 5 rounds and it was hitting dead center (no drama ). I have taken many varmints with this combo. Very satisfied with purchase.
Pros
Love the reticle.
Cons
With the included sunshade it can be very long .
