This Hawke Optics scope has an etched glass reticle- which is superior to a wire reticle because it's much more precise. That lets you get even more accuracy from your gun. Another way that etched glass reticles are superior to wire reticles is when they're illuminated. The etched ones show the illumination only on the reticle. It looks like the reticle is floating. Wire reticles often have a reflection of the illumination in the objective lens- which can be distracting when shooting.

even with kick on my break barrel Benjamin. Had to extend the rifle butt 2 inches due to setting the scope back far enough to clear the barrel for loading. But scope is excellent and built tough.
This Came with my Coyote Whisper about 4 weeks ago, never owned a 4 16x50 Scope before. Difference is Night and Day compared to what I've been using. Absolutely love it. Can't say enough.
Pros
Quality,Clearity
Cons
Little pricy for me,don't think I could actually pay 180.00 but this again came with my Coyote.
This is the scope, crystal clear the IR is perfect for those low light days .It may seem like a lot of scope for a air gun but why go after the game when you can bring
them closer to you. Talk to the people at air gun depot they can help you make the right choice if your not sure. That's why I got this scope an don't regret it. I looked
at a lot of scopes at different stores an nothing can compare to this scope for the quality and price.
Pros
Quality an the price. Its got everything you need and then some. You got service and support from air gun depot an the fastest shipping.
Cons
None
It is incredible that you can get a scope like this (AO, IR, great clarity, fast focus) for under $200. Heck, for that matter, for under $400. It is long, but if you don't need 16x you can go with 4 x 12 or 3 x 9, both of which I have and which are shorter. The AO and IR, however, are not optional -- once you have those you will never want to be without them! Here it is on my Savage .22.
Pros
All the features, the clarity and edge-to-edge sharpness.
Cons
None.

asked Daniel from USAI purchased a few years ago a RWS 54 from Airgun Depot with a package combo scope You sent it with "upgraded" scope which was a Hawke 4-16x50 AO scope that you sell for $219. I hardly shot the gun because of its weight. I have put it on the market recently and I purchased a Gamo Swarm 10x Magnum Gen2. I keep seeing mixed blogs about springer scopes. Will the Hawke listed here work on the Gamo Magnum or will it be torn up? Ray
asked Ray from USAPay close attention to ring screws torque and you should be fine
ron from USAWill this scope work on Diana 48
asked Larry from USAAlmost all of the reviews were that scope on springers so I have a different opinion. I have purchased that scope and it works fine as long as you pay attention to installation information
