got it in a package deal and if i knew what i know now ,,i would have opted out on the scope,, farley good with out the illumination ,,but turn on the light and ya get some funky outside ring halo illumination ,, distracting as xxx ,,removed it quick and replaced it with a hawk vantage 16x50mm,,even the cheapest hawk will out shine this in performance 100 to 1,, the scope i used wasnt the cheapest hawk but was well worth the swap as it is very clear and worth every dime ,,makes ya wanna shoot all day and some its so pleasing to the eye

illumination is the pitts,,works but not up to the same quality as some other lower priced scopes with better illumination
If I had to do this purchase over I would have paid the difference for the new scope. The referbished scope works fine and has held point of impact so far. However, there are dents and scratches on the elevation turret that appear to have been just covered up with black permanent marker which continues to come off on my hands each time I handle the rifle.

Poor fix on the cosmetic cover up which make me suspect as to the quality of the mechanical fix of the referbishing process.
This scope was included with the air riffle as part of the sale program and I didn't see it said free refurbished scope instead of with free scope.But anyway the scope is usable.Missing letters and numbers marking indicating the the kind and power of the scope.I didn't expect to receive a refurbish scope.
