Like the wood-stocked gun this is modeled after- the Remington Express XP Tactical delivers 1-150 fps in .177 caliber with lead pellets. Because this gun is geared toward hunting and pest elimination- Remington figured you'd want a stock that could stand up to some rough field use. There are no open sights- but you do get a quality 3-9x32 hunting scope and an integral sound suppressor to help reduce the report.

After finally sighting in the scope correctly it's so accurate. It's great for the pests around the house and fun for just hitting cans outside.

Good looking well made rifle and the price is great. I use this Remington for target shooting in my back yard, it packs quite a punch.

This gun shot great dime size groups at 30 yards,..only reason I said SHOT is because after 4 months of shooting the mainspring completely snapped rendering the gun useless, i couldnt return due to the fact that I purchased the gun at a flea market so I contacted remington after being on hold for a while they couldnt even get a rebuild kit due to the fact its a newer model but im sure they don't get a lot of calls about air guns but I also could have got a lemon

Pros
Shot very good groups consistently

Cons
Cheap scope, broken spring, cant get parts, made in China

I am having an awful time sighting the rifle in. I have been shooting rifles and shot guns for decades. I find the accuracy inconsistent. Rifle has a 3 x 9 scope.

asked Jim

Will repair Parts be available through Airgun Depot? Can this gun be sent back for rebuild / refurbish / repair?

asked Robert from USA

hi anybody know what size clamps i need to fit a red dot i already have a scope on so any help please n thanks in advance

asked ste

Is there a way to take the silencer off so I can use a bore Site to dime in this scope or do ya just have to waste ammo the old fashion Way?

asked Kirsten from USA

From my experience bore sighters "usually" don't work on springers because the gun moves before the pellet exists, so the bore and scope typically point in different directions when sighted in. You should also consider shimming the scope since oem scopes and barrels point in diff directions by quite a bit. A regular bore sighter might fit as-is but I don't have that gun so just a guess. And no I don't know if it's removable but I'd eyeball it for clues and search the net for info. For example I know there's some pix of the Umarex Octane which is attached with a C-ring and snap on end cap. so not exactly easy to remove w/o damage. Optionally if you really wanted you could use a laser level on the outside of the barrel to get an ideal how far off the barrel and scope are now.

Hi kyle. About your broken spring.... I think a spring kit from a B26 rifle might work. I have heard they ate the ssme rifle? Contact mike at flyingdragonairrifles and check it out. My 2 cent's.

Dave

You have to waste ammo the old fashion way.

we have any dealer in south Africa Nelspruit because i need this but i don't know where can i get

ABSALOM J DLAMINI

answer is yes i can use a bore site to dime in this scope

I've never seen bore sighting work on a springer anyway so no loss. The gun jumps around before the pellet exits so the the bore at rest and where the pellet hits are two different things. Pellets are cheap so loss and can be sighted at home so no loss. .

Todd

The sound suppression system is permanently attached to the barrel
