The SIG Sauer 1911 Emperor Scorpion is a close CO2 BB pistol copy of the firearm that gets you as near as possible to the original without making you buy 45 Auto ammo. It reaches speeds up to 300 fps and is a great way to practice for the handgun version without driving to a range, or to have some plinking or target practice fun.

The BB pistol has a 12 gram CO2 cartridge inside the 17 round magazine, and it lets you shoot semi auto shots as fast as you can pull the trigger. It has a metal slide that cycles with the blowback action, plus a metal frame, so you can stay in practice for the powder burner without the added noise and expense.

The weight and size of this airgun are the same as the firearm version, and the controls are almost identical, including the ambidextrous manual safety and grip safety, and the skeletonized trigger and hammer. You can practice cocking because the slide has front and rear slide serrations like the original, and the same flared magwell will help you practice quick magazine swaps.

It's easy to get a firm hold because the grip uses small checkering on the front and fish scale texturing on the side panels. You'll also have an easy time sighting it the same way you do on the handgun with the fixed front and rear white dot sights, and you can add extras like lasers and lights on the Picatinny accessory rail.

If you're looking for a BB pistol version of this attractive and popular handgun for fun plinking or to train for the firearm, get a SIG Sauer 1911 Emperor Scorpion at Airgun Depot now.

I can't recommend this product from my experience, however, I wouldn't let this spoil your opinions about purchasing from Airgun Depot or Sig Sauger. Airgun Depot's customer support was very easy to use and fast in response. Also, Sig Sauger simply licenses this gun and does not manufacture it themselves.
I will be giving a one star rating due to breaking within the first day of getting it, however.

Pros
Good Looking Gun Smooth Paint Job

Cons
Broke within the first day of getting it, hammer mechanism broke after 6 magazines. Bottom of the magazine is a little loose Doesn't fit standard 1911 holster (at least mine)

Can you take it apart like the real steel version? Is it full blowback, or half?

Yes. It is field-strippable like the Sig WTP 1911 and others.
