The Umarex AirJavelin Pro takes everything you already love about the older version of the gun and makes it even better. How? To start with, Umarex boosted the speed and power of the gun by swapping the CO2 cartridge of the previous model for an upgraded PCP powerplant. Now you get an arrow firing air gun that uses 170 grain Umarex Straight Flight Arrows to give you speeds up to 370 fps and power up to 52 fpe for medium and larger game.
You'll enjoy the other big feature of this air archery rifle, which is a regulator with a limit of 1500 psi. That's why you can still use Umarex's High Pressure Shaft technology arrows even though the 7.4 cubic inch air tank on this PCP-powered arrow launcher fills up to 4500 psi. You get 25 shots overall at effective, ethical speeds before it's time to top up the tank, with the first 15 shots coming at full and consistent power on the regulator.
The Umarex AirJavelin Pro also gives you an upgrade in the looks department, with Flat Dark Earth highlights on the forearm, butt end, and trigger blade. There's an FDE cap with the UX logo on the ends of the ambidextrous cocking bolt as well. Plus, the onboard pressure gauge and male Foster quick disconnect fill fitting make this gun easy to fill.
You'll get precision shots that are on target when you add your choice of scope to the full length Picatinny scope rail, and adding accessories like lasers, quivers, lights, and bipods is a breeze thanks to the M-LOK slots on both sides of the barrel.
If you're shopping for an updated version of a fun and exciting air archery gun with PCP power and plenty of regulated shots for medium and larger game hunting, get the Umarex AirJavelin Pro from Airgun Depot today.

I needed a twist in my airgun shooting and this rifle filled the need.
Pros
Great arrow shooter, and fun to shoot.
Cons
No cons here.
Bang for your buck, this one is off the charts. I mean under three bills and you can hunt with it, it doesn't get much better.
Pros
I recently purchased this arrow gun without really knowing much about how well something like this would work. I know now, and I am absolutely happy with the performance. I haven't ran any numbers yet, in fact I thought I had to return it cause it wouldn't hold any air. After a short conversation with Mark I realized I should have made the first fill using my bottle to get the seal to seat properly as Mark made clear that the was the issue I was having. Thank you so much Mark for your great wisdom in what you do. The gun is nice and lite so you can carry this air gun all day chasing something to take home and eat lol.
Cons
I actually feel it doesn't make as much noise as much as it hits so hard. I really expected much more noise for the impact it has. Don't get me wrong the less noise in this case is the best, so I guess I don't really have any cons lol.
A fantastic starter air arrow rifle with serious power and range.
Pros
Well made, easy to use and powerful output power
Cons
Trigger a bit stiff and no factory site.
Without a doubt worth the money
Pros
I put a killer instinct crossbow scope on my air javelin pro and wow what combination. Zeroed and ready. Again thanks Umarex for a really great bow.
Cons
Not a thing
This bow is worth the money.
Pros
Just like the Air Javelin the Air Javelin Pro is awesome. Fun to shoot and plink with. Umarex has done it again. I’m ready for another version of the Air Javelin.
Cons
Not a thing.
Pros
The air javelin pro is awesome. The pros quality is top end. It's well balanced. Plus it's powerful. This type of technology by umarex is ahead of its time.

asked Jerry from USAYou have to go to Umarex directly for parts.
Adam from USACan you hunt white tail deer with this? If so, which arrows and optic would be the best recommendations? Thanks, Bobby A.
asked Bobby from USAHI, I just received my Air Javelin Pro in the mail. It arrived with an empty PCP tank. It will not take air and build pressure...I am using a small electric compressor rated up to 4500 psi. The compressor works just fine, but no pressure build up at all in the AJPros tank. Do I need to buy a hand pump to get it started? Request advice. Thankyou, rory
asked Rory from CanadaTry pulling back the cocking bolt first. Keep it charge while filling that should build the pressure.
Thi from USAI'm close to buying yet need to know it's sound level. More than a vague statement; decibels or a comparison to sub-sonic 22lr rifle. Noticed no hearing protection in reviews.
asked Will from USAcan you attach bypod ?
asked Alexander from AustraliaThe arrow use in the Air Javelin Pro is the same as the Air Javelin CO2...?
asked Roberto from BoliviaYes
Will from USAyes
Thomas from USACan it kill a whitetail deer at 50yds?
asked Owen from USAAbout 40 ft lbs of energy is preferred to take whitetail. Using an arrow ballistics calculator, that what the Javelin Pro arrow maintains at 50 yds. Yes, be sure your aim is that accurate. A pass thru shot is possible.

I put a hologram sight on it, works great in daylight or dark.
Pros
Very easy to shoot accurately! It consistently groups an inch out to 35 yards. I have not tried further than that yet.
Cons
It could hold charge longer. After three days it will lose about 800 #
