Pros
Great gun easy 6"grouping at 50yrds for my 11yr old son. No kick not to loud plenty of killing power at 75-100yrds shoots straight as an arrow without the paradox.
Cons
Nothing. No complaints for the money it cannot be beat.
Pros
I had a friend bring me 2 of these Air Sabers to my range to sight in for him. He never had an air powered rifle before and needed info and advice.
The Umerex Air Saber impressed me. Not being regulated, it gets at least 7-8 on point if aim shots. Fairly accurate as my friend was able to hit center bulls at 30 yds with no expierence.
The only issue I had was the fact that the scope, after mounting, was shooting into the ground at 10 yds!. It ran out if elevation and was still low. So I added a shim to the front ring and was able to get it to hit a 30 yd zero, but it was on the second mil hold, not the center.
This rifle needs a droop mount for the scope. Otherwise the scope will work fine for hunting.
Very good product for the price point. Compared to other, arrow firing air rifles at at twice the cost, this is a deal. The others have a regulator for more consistency but is reflected on the near double price. You should get your game with one shot, or don't hunt.
Cons
Scope needs a droop mount.
Arrows need a drop of lube after several shots, or they are very tough to seat properly.
Great Airbow and I really like it as well as the Umarex Air Javelin. Just needs better quality scope in my opinion
Pros
This air bow is wicked, powerful, so fast you don’t see the arrow and will no doubt take game at a good distance over cross bows I think. I wouldn’t hesitate to take deer at 50 to 75 yards. Problem in having is finding a target that will stop the arrow before it goes through and disappears. Suggest a big shot Iron man 500 target at minimum.
Cons
The Scope is poor and I cannot get it sighted in. Shoots way low and elevation is maxed out. I wasted my money getting the scope with the rifle. Do yourself a favor and buy it without the scope and get a decent crossbow or other scope from here
You may have to remove gas tube end cap and secure the valve fitting on inside.
Pros
Smacks hard and fast. Can’t see the arrow. Easy to pump relatively.
Cons
Scope and loudness. Scope it cam with is dialed full elevation at 25 yards and hits 4 inches low of poa. That’s on the first line of the cross hair.
FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN NOT GET ANYTHING COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND VALUE.
Pros
AWESOME! GAME CHANGER FOR ARCHERY. USE TO HAVE TO SPEND ALOT MORE MONEY FOR FPS.
Cons
QUAILTY CONTROL INSPECTIONS
Pros
Gun is totally bad ass. Look and feel is on point. Love the color. Man this air Saber is worth every dollar
This thing pushes out an arrow that covers 50 yards in a hurry even at low pressure. In my attached video I believe the pressure was down to about 2,000 PSI and once you've developed a feel for the gun as the pressure drops you're still deadly out to 50 yards with that amount of pressure. I pumped it up only once to the full amount of pressure because it almost put an arrow through my 500 ft per second bag at 35 yards. I'd say perfect fill range would be about 3500 PSI. That's going to give you about eight shots with a very flat and consistent trajectory and then start looking for them to fall off. Well it's not going to let me upload my video. Let me just say with about 2,000 to 2,200 PSI this thing will put that 350 grain arrow out to 50 yards in less than half a second
Pros
This thing is powerful accurate and just a pleasure to shoot. The scope that comes with it is more than sufficient enough to shoot accurate out to 50 yards plus with this airsaber.
Cons
I really can't think of anything bad to say about this arrow shooting rifle

asked Mos from USAsure, get Air Venturi G9 pump
Val from USAIs it a gun that will last for years?
asked Riaan from South AfricaMost airguns like this will last a very long time. Just take care of the seals, replace them when needed, store the gun properly, and don't over-pressurize the system. Also dry air is important so use an inline filter to dry the air you are filling the gun with.
kyle from USAwill shoot broadheads
asked Carlton from USAYes

Vernon from USAI know Alabama allows it
Robert A from USAIn Virginia it is legal in archery. You can use it every season!
Owen from USANo. All states that currently allow for hunting with pneumatic arrow gun only allow for use during rifle season.
kyle from USACheck your state laws.
Henry H from USAcan i use my shop Compressor to fill the Rifle air tank
asked fred from USATo use a shop compressor you will have to purchase a booster pump.
kyle from USANo. You have to use a pcp 4500 psi compressor.
Henry H from USAMost shop compressors operate at 150 PSI. The Airsaber needs 3000 PSI to fill.
Mark from USAgreat looking weapon but no stinking way to fill it. they send a filler buy the hand pump with connections is another two hundred and they are out of stock
asked danny from USAMark, is it hard to fill with the hand pump? I'm a 118 LB female. Thanks. Connie
Constance from USAthis hand pump is available and will fit. AGD-A9166 $129.99
Mark from USACan CO2 be used on these PCP guns in place of air ?
asked RODGER from USAYes and no. High pressure CO2 from a welding tank could be used but velocity and shot count would suffer immensely. CO2 out of cartridges will not work as the pressure from them are too low.
kyle from USANo.The CO2 is nowhere near powerful enough.
Mark from USAWill it shot 357 pellet?
asked Avel from USANo. No.The AirSaber only shoots bolts.
Mark from USAIs there an aftermarket regulator that will fit this? Really don't like that it loses 100 fps in the first five shots...
asked Brent from USAEven losing 100 fps it is still a kill shot on a dear within 30+ yards. It's not that big an issue.
kyle from USAAt this time we do not know of any aftermarket regulators for the AirSaber.
Mark from USAWhat probe is neede to fill air sabre
asked Shane from USAThe fill probe comes with the AirSaber. We do not have any spares. You will have to contact Umarex for a replacement.

asked Alan from USAMark the Air Venturi Arrow Bow Quiver & Mount Kit From Pyramyd Air is a perfect fit.
Keith from USAcurrently there is no quiver that will fit the AirSaber.

asked Mike LombardoWhat about additional arrows? How much for the arrows? Can the tips be changed to hunting tips? Ed Michigan
asked Ed PorterWhich quiver is attached to the test rifle in the video? I really like this clean setup and would like to duplicate it.
asked David HarreldWhere can I get more arrows for the airsaber?

asked Dale from USADo u sell spare arrows for Umarex Airsaber? I didnt see the arrows on the Umarex site or Pyramid air either. Would like to be able to buy an extra dozen or so if I get this product,
asked hubert BeckerCan it shoot pellets too?
asked OldHW77Since this item is listed as loud. I was wondering if you could attach a moderator or silencer I also didn’t see any barrel threads? Does it have a threaded barrel? Thank you for your time.
asked Marc from USAWhat states will actually allow you to use this for hunting large game?
asked DcAre the arrows proprietary and are the arrowheads interchangeable
asked ScottI have two questions: First, can you shoot pellets in it; Second, if you can shoot pellets what pellet size and FPS for that pellet?
asked Gene from USA
I really don't see the need for the double barrel gun for hunting. At this level of noise if you miss the first shot a second shot would be unlikely.
Pros
Overall fit and finish was good. Shoots very well. On FX chronicles measured 460fps 1st shot, but does from there. Seems ok until pressure dropped to about 2000 fps, then refill.
Cons
Two of three included arrows failed, blew the front insert off the arrow on 1st shot. Scope is just ok. Will likely replace soon. This gun is very loud, not back yard friendly.
