Overall very satisfied with the pistol. Highly realistic, Great finish, worth the steep price. Customer service needs some work, called several times to check shipping status, phone was'nt answered and neither were the e-mails. Finally got through and was given a vague answer. Usually AGD is very good, but on this item they were not. Maybe it was because it was shipped from New Lebanon, PA and they were'nt handling the ptoduct directly. Dunno.
Pros
Great replica, very realistic, shoots great, totally satisfied with the product. I would not take it out in public if you remove the orange tip as many do.
Cons
The orange tip is a bitch to remove, even going by the You-tube methods. It always breaks off inside the outer barrel. Customer service!
