I was somewhat disappointed at first as even extended the legs seem too short. I use the hood of our SUV as a shooting platform and the hood is curved. Each leg is adjustable and locks to whatever length you need ,so I set one leg longer than the other and it levels out the gun leaving the crosshairs perfectly parallel. Ended up being just the right height for that application. Have not shot laying down yet.
The springs are really tight and the legs need a little manpower to deploy which is ok by me because it does not flop all over when its folded up. Decent price, superior quality. UTG.
Nice good i'm happy having like this.
I bought this bipod to put on my AirForce Texan and I have been very happy with it. It's well-constructed and everything works as designed. I used a Picatinny-to-dovetail adapter to mount it on the Texan, and while I thought I wouldn't like the adjustment thumbscrews to lock the leg length, I've gotten to favor their simplicity. The legs don't have spring-loaded, click-stop leg-length adjustment like on some of the more expensive bipods, but I found that once I set the legs to the length I like, I haven't needed to make a lot of changes. The length adjustment is a bit limited as would be expected in such a short bipod, but it is adequate for prone and bench shooting. For any other position, the legs pivot up out of the way with stiff springs that keep them where you put them. I've been very pleased with this bipod. You can't find a better value.
Pros
Legs adjust to any position and lock with thumbscrews. Stout springs keep legs up or down as desired. Fit and finish is excellent. Best bipod for the price - exceptional value. Protects the scope by keeping the rifle upright when put on ground or bench.

I had issues with arms locking up when i tried to extend them?now there's grooves in one arm? I was excited to get this piece but once I found I can't use the swivel on dragonclaw I was upset but you get what you pay for right. I paid for bipod& I got a bipod. Maybe I just got defective piece cuz all other reviews we're good& that's why I bought this piece... My opinion buy a hatson 😆 r go cheap like I did& roll the dice
Pros
It steady my shot, it folds. You cab tell it's quality made when you start playing with it.comes with parts to make the unit swivel on right gun
Cons
I can't get swivel to work on dragonclaw, one extension arms froze up on me b4 I could use it 2nd time? You have to buy additional parts to get it to work on Seneca dragonclaw, warranty is void if you drill into the stock
