One of the great benefits of living in America is having a voice and being able to influence the laws in the state you live in. It’s upon this principle that laws can change and individuals can be the catalyst for this change. We know that the visitors reading this blog and the associated hunting guide are upstanding, law abiding and well respected citizens of their communities who want the ability to hunt humanely with airguns.
Many state laws have simply not caught up to the advancements in airgun technology and it is on our shoulders as an airgun enthusiasts to petition for change. We feel the best way to go about doing this is to petition your local state Fish & Wildlife agency to allow the ability to hunt with airguns. These agencies are typically already gun friendly and are better suited to help influence the local lawmakers to enact change.
If you’d like to help change the airgun hunting laws in your state, simply download this document, sign it, and either mail it or hand deliver to your local Fish and Wildlife Agency or Division of Wildlife Resources . Together we can increase the areas it is legal to hunt responsibly with an airgun.
