Umarex USA, a leading airgun manufacturer, offers a diverse range of products that cater to all aspects of airgunning. From affordable break barrel airguns, CO2 pistols, and entry-level PCPs to full-on big bore hunting airguns, air archery airguns, and Olympic-class 10-meter rifles via Walther, Umarex’s range is unparalleled. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned airgun enthusiast, there’s a Umarex airgun perfectly suited to your needs. Let’s explore the versatility of Umarex’s top airguns.
Umarex CO2 Airguns
Umarex’s expertise lies in creating highly realistic airgun replica pistols. These pistols, featuring licensed versions of Glock, Smith and Wesson, Beretta, Walther, and more, are an excellent choice for shooters looking to train outside of the range. The Glock 17 Gen 4, for instance, is a great option, known for its realism and accuracy. For those with an appreciation for “old school” firearms, Umarex offers its entire line of Colt Single Action Army replicas. Available as BB or Pellet pistols, these replicas are popular for their realistic action, fun, and accuracy, adding another layer of realism to your shooting experience.
Umarex also has some great CO2 air rifles, like the Legends Cowboy Lever Action and the Fusion 2. While these are on the opposite ends of the airgunning spectrum, they highlight the options that Umarex offers. The Legends Cowboy Lever Action is a lever-action airgun with ejecting shells and Wild West open sights.
The Umarex Fusion 2 is a compact, multi-shot, bolt-action rifle designed to be customized with lights, lasers, bipods, scopes, and more. It’s super fun to shoot, accurate, and delivers a lot of backyard trigger time.
Umarex NitroAir Airguns
Brand new for Umarex is their new line of NitroAir airguns. The Komplete is their first airgun based on this new power plant, and it delivers consistent shots with the convenience of CO2 and the power of PCP. We’ve tested this new system, and we are very impressed. While the Komplete is the only model right now, we imagine that Umarex is going to build out this line, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with.
Umarex PCP Airguns
Let’s go ahead and jump right to the PCP class of products from Umarex USA. The Gauntlet line of airguns denotes a shift in expectations for airgunners. The low price point, bundled with features like a large bottle and regulated power system, meant that every entry-level PCP needed to focus not only on price but also power, range, accuracy, and performance. We all have Umarex to thank for changing the game for the better.
The newest version of the Gauntlet, the Gauntlet 2 SL, is a polished, hard-hitting PCP that rivals airguns costing 2 and 3 times as much. The 30SL is our personal favorite, pushing over 100 foot-pounds with pellets and up to 120 foot-pounds with slugs. With a high shot count, massive power, regulated valve, and long-range accuracy, it’s no wonder why the SL30 is so popular.
The Umarex Hammer took a long time to develop, and for good reason. It was a totally new challenge to create a 700+ regulated .50 cal airgun. It had never been done for mass production. But Umarex had the vision to create a hunting airgun that would be legal and effective for any state that wanted to allow big game hunting with an airgun. It features a multi-shot magazine, easy cocking force, a good trigger, reasonable weight with a profile that’s not crazy long, and its patented regulated valve. For serious airgun hunters, the Hammer really hits the mark. Hard-hitting and accurate, the Hammer has taken large game like deer, bear, hogs, and much more. And now they have a shorter, lighter version in the Umarex Hammer Carbine.
