The Benjamin Semi-Auto Marauder with synthetic stock gives you a new choice in the popular SAM lineup, the air rifle that offers semi auto action in a legendary Marauder package. Featuring a similar look and feel to the Field and Target models, it actually contains many upgrades, including thoroughly upgraded internal parts that allow the semi auto features.
This newer model adds a synthetic stock that weighs less than the wood model, while still giving you the same features and dependability. In addition to a new and upgraded 10 shot magazine, there's also a regulator to give you steady shots, plus a hammer spring screw for adjusting the power.
The air rifle can now shoot about as fast as you can, meaning a cyclic rate of up to 300 rounds a minute if you have good reflexes. That lets you take fast follow up shots if you're pesting or small game hunting. Plus, the fully shrouded barrel lets you take shots that are quieter than most similar guns, so you won't give away your presence as easily when hunting.
With the factory power setting, you get around 50-60 shots at up to 900 fps and 22 fpe, and 30-40 shots at up to 950 fps and 28 fpe at the full power setting. You get a Picatinny scope rail for your favorite optics, and the adjustable trigger gives you the clean break you want.
If you're ready for a lighter version of this premium air rifle with semi auto capability that gives you fast shooting for plinking, pesting, and small game hunting, buy a Benjamin Marauder Semi-Auto with synthetic stock from Airgun Depot now.

It was extremely accurate until it became undependable. Waiting to see if they can fix the problems with it. It was leaking air again. Lucky it has a five year warranty from the manufacturer. If I had known it would cause me this much trouble, I would have chosen something else.
Pros
Like the feel and weight of the rifle. Adjustable cheek rest is a good option. Synthetic stock is durable.
Cons
Rifle shot great for first year but after that had issues with jams, leaking air, double feeds and pellet magazine getting jammed in the breech. I've sent it back for service twice and had to get replacement baffles and breech o-ring due to problems. The first service the gauge was replaced. Waiting to see what is wrong with it. I hope.they can fix it.
BE sure to read the instructions. The magazine has to be loaded from the bottom, tip up, for the first round, and then normally through the hole for the rest of the rounds. Also, the gun does NOT leak when filling for the first time... as some online reviewers claim. Read the instructions and they clearly state that gun has to be cocked before filling from zero. Clean the barrel, put a little silicone oil on the o-rings, silicone grease on the charging handle and expect years of reliable shooting without hassle. I expect more companies to follow Benjamin's lead and come up with Semi-auto PCPs.
Pros
This in .22 is the perfect small game hunting rifle. You can spend 3 times as much on FX or Brockock and not get the same results. The Semi auto action is amazing. Even after hundreds of shots, there was not one misfire. There were no problems with air leakage or O rings, which have ruined so many other imported rifles for me. I also like the lower volume tank and pressure limit as it is ideal for filling in the field with a handpump. It is also powerful, which I didn't expect from something that only puts out 27 FPE at full tank. At 10 yards, .22 Crossman Piranha 14.3 grain pellets were going clean through a 1 inch board. Even in a 2 X 4 beam was no match, with the cheap hollow point pellet imbedding itself deep into the beam. Accuracy is spot on. At 100 yards, I was able to hit, penetrate and bounce off the fence full soda cans shooting from the shoulder. Built in male foster is so much better than those stupid European probes. Also love the 5 year warranty, best of any brand.
Cons
The magazine is a little difficult to load. It is also a bit too long, would be nice to have a Semi Bullpup version. But the longer barrel makes for spot on accuracy.
Make it at least a 25 or go shove it ! I’m not spending that kind of $ for a plinker.
Pros
The semi auto part
Cons
We’re back to the boring ho-hum 22 that America is jus stuck on.
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product. So for all the bolt action rifles they mention an approximate number of shots per charge or fill but not with the semi. Can someone please tell me about how many shots can be taken with the semi automatic model before you need to recharge? Thank you.
asked David from USA.22 is fine, though with a pellet that has mass....mass + velocity is what we need.
asked John from USAHow do you shoot semi mode?
asked Gary from CanadaBy pulling the trigger.
David from USATell me about Benjamin Marauder semi auto air gun. How quiet is it? What caliber pellet does it take? Does it shoot accurately?
asked Mike from USA
I have owned this for two years. Always been super reliable unless you dont give it a little oil now and then. No real maintenance to it. Is very accurate and I get about 40 shots per fill. I wish it had a shot regulator and a better trigger. The trigger pull is super long and you kinda have to guess when it goes off which reduces its accuracy. The gun is made of all high-quality parts. The synthetic stock is solid and not cheap hollow.
For a semi auto I am extremely happy with this. I have had no other problems with it in two years and Ive shot it a lot. I have also had great customer service and support from Airgun Depot and will continue to business here.
Pros
Accuracy, quality, reliability
Cons
Trigger. In a .25 caliber
