The Badger is a basic heavy hitter with no bells and whistles. I like its simplicity, but I could use a couple of amenities. A built in manometer nowadays is like a speedometer. You don’t have to have it to drive, but it makes it a lot easier to follow the rules. The Badger could use a speedometer (manometer). Also, the accessory rail is as basic as it gets, two “adjustable” one-slot mini-Picatinnys. It will mount a scope, as long as the rings, themselves, allow some adjustability. Of course, there are no mounts for a rifle sling. And, the naked fill nipple sticks out there in front like an “outie” navel. So, what do you get? You get a well made barrel, action, and stock that can launch a 0.40 caliber 198 grain pellet down range with enough authority to drop a deer at fifty yards. That, by the way, is what it is designed to do. In my time with the rifle, it would do this twice on one charge before accuracy was affected. Like I said, it is a basic tool that accomplishes the job - you add the accessories.
Pros
-Well built with simple operation
-Powerful
Cons
-Very limited ammo choices
-Loud, so only range or woods friendly
-No manometer
-Only two reliable shots per fill
Part One
I have not shot this rifle yet but I received it two days ago. I will update this review after shooting but the fit and finish is superb; 5 stars all the way. The stock looks great and the cerakoting looks amazing. I have casted about 300 .401 175gr lead slugs for my first outing. Again, the first part of this review is based on the rifle's fit and finish only. Stay tuned for part 2.

Hi, it took Me 2 months to decide what gun to buy,but I'm happy with My choice! this thing is a power house. blast through a 4x4 post at 50 yards, I set up 3 old car hoods for a back board, it shot through all 3, I got the chance to hunt with it, killed a 6 point at 30 yards, He ran about 50 yards & went down.
I'm really loving this gun the more i shoot it. Its accurate so far with a host of slugs that are readily available. In my opinion, it is one of the best buys on the big bore market. And the price is right too. The gun is well made and will last a lifetime from what its made of. I find that shooting from 3600 psi is optimal. Your gun might vary. With 215 gr SP, Nielsen Specialty Ammo, I am getting MOA at 100 yards and 340 FPE from a 3600 psi fill. I honestly cant say enough about the gun and i've you need more encouragement to purchase, just go to Youtube and looks what other are doing with the EPOX Badger.

This is an amazing rifle for a great price. It shoots hard and accurate. .5" group at 50 yards easy.
There are two things I wish it was better. One is the packaging. It was not adequate to ship an air rifle. Barely some bubble wrap around it. Not cool.
Second, it needs a pressure gauge. How much would it cost if they put one? another 40 or 50 bucks?
All things considered, this is a great purchase and I'm happy I went for it after a long hesitation.
Pros
High quality construction. Cerakote finish is really cool. Shoots flat and it shoots very accurate with the right ammo.
Cons
The stock is very simple (for the price, I can't complain) Trigger is not adjustable. NO PRESSURE GAUGE? (come on)
