Don't waste your money buy you a compressor saves your time and back
this is the biggest rip off air Force has put out so far $212 for garbage if I wanted a workout I'll go to the gym not shoot my air rifle for an arm pump what a joke very disappointed with this hand pump I'm sending my own back I want my money back and I would not recommend this product to any of my friends I guess I have to buy a air compressor now I have to wait another 2 months to get me a compressor to be able to shoot my new Texan air Force LSS I'm very disappointed
Pros
Nothing it didn't work for me
Cons
Piece of shit it won't fill my Texan air Force LSS
Pump worked as advertised alls great
Pros
good quality
Cons
none
I don't have a lot of experience with PCP pumps, but from using this pump a few times, I have to say that it performs in a very solid and stable manner. There is little to no play and the entire experience feels nice and tight. I have followed the instructions and even though it may not need a cooling off period, I take quick pauses between strokes.
This is my first pump so I have no reference to compare against but so far so good. I bought this pump to charge my hatsan AT44-PA long rifle and it takes about 100 pumps to take the tank from 2000 to 3000 psi, that works out to about 20 shots. You sure do have to put your weight behind it to get pressure, not your average bike pump.
Pros
does everything I need it to do
Cons
from what I've read it is the exact same pump as the benjamin pump that i could have bought for $129 and free shipping from amazon
This pump does take less effort to pump than the other pump I tried, on the other hand, the other pump took fewer pumps to fill my tank. I'm 6'4" and 220 pounds so the effort doesn't bother me. If you're a smaller person, this is the pump to use. If you can't afford an SCBA tank, or don't have a place that can fill it, this is a good option.
Pros
Good pump, reliable, easier to pump than some of the others.
Cons
Takes more pumps to fill a tank, Once you get a SCBA tank you'll never use it again.
The hand pump function very well, but can be hard to pressurize after 2400 psi. I bought a leverage online at pumpstixsales.com to assit me with pumping my gun to the required compression, and can do this with one hand at only 150 lbs.
Cons
i would recommend purchasing an air filter to reduce the moisture intake while using your hand pump.
I buy this pump for my airforce pistol, I choose this pump reason us it come with airforce tank adaptor and it is a heavy duty hand pump
Pros
Pump is strong has no issues and do not heat up easy.
Cons
You have to pump a lot to reach 3600psi
Prefect pump for the type of shooting I do
Pros
Quick connect and tank adaptor come with pump
Cons
Sounds like I will have to send it back for a rebuild when it needs it.
I have had the hill hand pump and I was not very impressed with it. My Hill broke within a week. I also had a Benjamin pump and it is the exact same as this Airforce Pump (Sun Optics). In my observation, these pumps are smoother and better built than the Hill. I purchased this pump with my new Condor. The pump has a bad pressure gauge right out of the box, which will be replaced under warranty. It pumps very well and is easy and smooth. The attachment that comes with this pump allows you to connect the pump hose to the Airforce tank. It is a very well made piece and makes filling the tank easy. You usually get what you pay for in 99% of all products. However, these pumps are much better than the Hill pumps. It is not as physical as everyone says it is to hand pump your PCP airgun. This pump fills the air tube quickly and efficiently. I would have rated 5 stars if the gauge would not have been defective.
Pros
Stands upright by itself
Sturdy and well made
Smooth operation
Good air output
Cons
Faulty gauge right out of the box
Pump shaft needs to be lubed right out of the box, not a big deal, I use Crosman Silicone Chamber Oil. It works great.

asked Felipe from USAIs this hand pump compatible with the Benjamin Maurader? Do any special fittings need to be purchased?
asked GeorgeI have an airforce 3 stage PCP hand Pump. And I use this to pump up my Benjamin Maurader. This pump work out of the box. No need to have any adaptor to pump up your Benjamin. And because of 3 stage. You used less time to get up to 3000 psi. I like this hand pump. I would recommend this pump. Answer for this question is YES.no special fitting needed.out of the box, connect to your Benjamin and start pumping.
Tecson from USAYes. It's "plug-n-play" sorta speak. The hose coupler hooks right up with the quick connect fitting on the rifle. It came with an "Air Force" rifle tank adaptor. I purchaced one with my Marauder at the same time. No problems with mine whatsoever. Just follow the directions and pump it like they say, giving it a break every few minutes. That gives it and you time to cool off. Especially getting closer to the 3K mark or so.
Rodd from USACan I use this for my hatsan pellet gun
asked ChristianMost Hatsan PCP airguns have the 1/8" BSPP probe with male threads, the AirForce PCP Hand Pump comes with a female Foster so you would need to get an adapter to to fit the 1/8" BSPP probe to the pump and then it will work perfectly. The AirForce Hand Pump is built with quality and performance in mind and holds up to constant use and to pressures up to 3600lbs on a regular basis. I use this with my Benjamin and it works great. The pump works better if you take your time with each stroke and hold it at the top and bottom as it helps the air transfer to the tank on the gun as well helps keep the pump from getting too warm. I would fully recommend this for you just remember to get the adapter to fit the 1/8" BSPP probe to fit the hose on the pump and it will perform perfect with the Hatsan brand guns!
Jon-Paul from USAI have a AIR FORCE MODEL R0001 will this work on my unit and should I also buy the adaptor for other fuels for the weapon. Thank you for your time. Sgt Brad Dunn
asked Brad DunnThe Air Force model R0001 has the original tank that needs the adaptor with the pump. This pump works very well and is effortless compared to other models and holds up well with little maintenance needed. If your model has the upgraded tank (spin loc) you don't need the adaptor. The spin loc model has the Foster male tip to add air to which the pump has the Foster female quick disconnect end on it that works very well together with no loss of air. I highly recommend this PCP Pump as I have the Air Force Condor SS model and a Benjamin Marauder and this pump works very well and I can achieve 3000psi very quickly with both models of guns. Which both models have the Foster male connection for the pump to connect too. The adaptor works very well with the model R0001 tank as all you have to do is screw on the adaptor on the tank and then attach the Foster quick disconnect from the pump on and your in business. I hope this answers your question and helps with your decision. JP
Jon-Paul from USAcan I fill a small paintball 3000 psi HPA tank with this?

asked CharlesI hope this finds you and all there ingood spirits and health! I have two questions concerning this pump: 1) did you have to service this pump 2) how much maintenance time required - mean time between failures? Thank you!

Pros
Built well, compact and works as designed
Cons
The hose is too short in my opinion. I have to lay the rifle on the ground/floor for it to attach and still use the pump
