This is such a good gun it goes through everything even with lead pellets that just go 850 fps, I haven't tried alloy pellets yet but I heard that they go over 1000 fps. The scope will be better to use if you add a laser to it
Pros
This is a great durable pellet gun. This will last long if you take a good care of it.
Cons
Bad Scope, don't use a scope just get a red dot sight and a laser
The Umarex Torq in .22 has been somewhat painful to sight in. I finally determined that the provided scope must be for decoration purposes only, and I have ordered a considerable upgrade.
Shooting open sights at 10 yards was not that impressive either. I must admit, I only had Crosman Premiere Hollow Points to send through it, and RWS pellets were recommended.
With that said, I really like the design and the mechanical function of the rifle. Fit and finish are of good standard for a budget air gun. The noise level is stealthily quiet due to the practical noise suppressior on the barrel. And the thumbhole stock makes firing very comfortable.
I look forward to shooting it with a decent scope and preferred ammunition to see the real performance potential this rifle may have.
Pros
Medium weight but balanced well
Picatinny scope mount to prevent scope creep
Functional Noise Suppression
Adjustable two-stage trigger (take up only)
Cons
Scope is unusable
Safety is not ?automatic? every time
nice i will be using this quite alot well built
I think that this has been the perfect starter rifle and has really opened my eyes to the world of air rifles.
Pros
light weight, easy to use and very powerful
Cons
not sure yet.
My first springer. After getting over the initial sighting in it has been a blast. Scope not worth a dime didn't make it through the sighting in but i am a open sight person anyway never bought it for the scope. Enjoying it shooting 12 ga shotgun shells at 30 feet keeps me in practice.
Pros
Great gun for the price. great costumer service.
Cons
Cheap scope
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.Just bough this air gun and after 5 or 6 shots it seems to have lost a lot of power .. anyone knows if it only seems like that because the silencer was not yet used or know why it would loose power after such a short session ?
asked CarlHow many load into the barrel or is it really just a single shot and the reload
asked JasonPowered by co2 or pump , if pump how many pumps to get full fps ?
asked Denny J.
Optic is purely for decoration. Years of shooting experience and this scope won’t hold a zero.
Not very quite either.
Solid construction is about the only positive point
Pros
Construction
Cons
