With an all-weather synthetic stock, great balance, and a rifled barrel, the QB78S is the next great contender in CO2 rifles! Powered by two 12 gram CO2 cartridges, this rifle is capable of 650 to 550 fps, depending on the caliber. For a stable, comfortable hold, the rifle features a pistol grip thumb-hole stock. The single stage trigger and rear sights are fully adjustable. Mountable accessories are almost limitless, with the Weaver/Picatinny rail located in front of the fore grip. Makes for a great plinker or when keeping your skills tuned during the off-season.

After I fully power tuned mine it definetly likes heavier pellets a lot more. I'm mostly shooting 11.5 grain h&n silverpoints, and crossman 10.5 grain heavy domes. Lighter pellets will fly upwards of 900fps but the accuracy gets a bit squirrely. A heavy pellet keeps it consistent with the .177 caliber. and I'm still experimenting with the 22. So far it really like regular crossman 14.3s. Honestly though, out of the two, I think the 177 is the one I like more. Because I'm pushing slightly lighter pellets faster and with deeper penetration and energy dispersal. I've hit squirrels and had complete passthroughs where they didn't even jump, just kinda flopped over without realizing what had even happened.
Pros
I got one of these in .177 first and was skeptical considering how little I paid for it, but I started playing around with it and I'm in love. Right out the box the accuracy and shot count is really good. the power was still flipping up my resetting targets so its already good to do a little pesting. And Its got an adjustable trigger. Basically everything you'd find on the older qb rifles. Then I got into power modding it. I added a mike mellick custom power valve, magnum spring, spring spacers, the archer xp tune kit, an oversize bolt, stainless steel compensator, An 8 shot magazine, i fixed a 4, 12 gram co2 holder to the front left slats, and then put a pic rail with a laser sight on the right coupled with a 3-9x40 light up aoe, and a pocketed cheek pad I can slap another 6 canisters on velcro, plus hold all my ammo for the day. Now I'm definitely shooting at above 800fps average with a little co2 burner. I actually love the setup so much I duplicated it in 22 caliber as well. CLUTCH
Cons
a bit rusty out of the box, and super crunchy for the first 100 shots or so bit once you break it in its crazy accurate for a co2. Definetly needs to be stripped, cleaned, and resealed almost immediately after opening. Just give it a lottle elbow grease and love and itll love you back. My first one actually needed a full reseal after a week. But once I figured out how it works and how to completely strip it, i havent had a single problem since that i cant take care of myself or just get the parts. Its a piece of cake if you're into DIY projects.
Probably the best, easiest, cheapest, most powerful unit on the market.
Pros
Shot 597 fps out of the box. Minor modifications and it's now 700fps.
Cons
Nothing, it works perfectly.
Really like the synthetic stock. Feels comfortable to hold. Accuracy good given the the limited range.A great co2 gun for target shooting and small pest control. Blueing and finish of the gun is very good considering its price.
I got the .177 package. For me the scope was great for what I needed it for 10-40 yards. At 10 yards you can get a single ragged hole grouping. Gun has enough power out to 40 yards without any issues and is very accurate too. For the price of the package you can not go wrong.
Pros
Accuracy, price, not really pellet picky, does well with lead free pellets also.
Cons
Honestly none.
Good buy, nice for backyard plinking-target shooting. I am still new to break barrel and pcp and C02. Fixed sights are good. Cannot mount scope.
Pros
