This rifle is AMAZING! I purchased the original Benjamin Bulldog 357 after the new Benjamin Bulldog M just came out and Crossman was liquidating the old ones. This weapon exceeded my expectations. It is very powerful and very accurate. The first thing that I did was test its power. I loaded it with a one hundred fifty grain nosler, aimed it at a two by four, and squeezed the trigger. It went right through the two by four with ease. I sighted it in at twenty five yards and it was good to go out to one hundred yards and beyond. I leveled a jack rabbit with it at seventy five yards the next day. This is truly an AMAZING weapon. I can hardly wait until deer season.
Pros
Everything!
Cons
The plastic safety.
I mounted a 4x16 scope and even though the gun is a little heavy it is so well balanced you don't notice it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
Pros
This gun is very accurate using the 81.01 gr. Predator Polymag pellets or a cast 106 gr. SWC slug from a Lee mold. Both shoot both under 1 inch groups at 50 yards. Being a Bullpup design the weight is well balanced and it has a good feeling trigger, brakes at 3 lbs
Cons
The air filler cover needs to be improved and to say the gun is loud is an understatement. My gun came with a 18x1 threaded cap so it was easy to find a suppressor that fit and it brought the sound level down to a medium or even lower
What is this thing gonna do with a HUMA regulator in it?
Just saying
Pros
I had the original.357 Bulldog I put in a HUMA Regulator in it.
I would set it at 2100psi and I was still getting 7 shots at 886 fps.with 110 gn.NSAs.
Cons
I didn't extend the fill tube, but it's a heck of lot better than the massive power curve, that was unexpected from what ever weight projectiles you were putting in it.
Pros
Compact, feels perfect on the pull up trigger pull is great,Been shooting 350 grain and 400 grain very accurate blew apart a concrete block, this is not your grand daddy's pellet gun although haven't shot a deer yet with it very confident with a good shot it will down most anything your shooting at
Cons
350 grains benjamin ammo doesn't fit in magazine bit overall not many negatives
Pros
Happy with my purchase :)
SAFETY with ALL big-bore rifles...
Pros
The size and weight get's a little weighty if you're not used to it yet. The ease of use, firepower and it look's V-E-R-Y futuristic... I love it! Plan on complimenting it with it's big brother, .50 cal real soon.
Cons
The refilling valve protector. The locking lip is easily broken and the small latch WILL fall into the filling chamber and be trapped in the well which you can't get out. The weapon has to be sent out for repairs. Just got one last we and while trying to remove for refilling, it broke off. Haven't even had it for a week. Now trying to get it repaired already.
Got this in a 45 ah had to build the scope up so it was usual for me but it was a very well-made gun it shoots well and I would recommend it to anyone
Pros
Powerful good at 75 yards
Cons
Not a thing
This rifle takes getting used to. For an air rifle, it's a bit heavy... it felt awkward to use, at first... but, now that I've put several rounds downrange, I like her!
Pros
Very accurate! I was able to dope the scope for 25 yds, and these are the results...
Cons
The rubber recoil pad sucks! It falls off way too easily!
Pros
I have owned the Bulldog for 4 years. I purchased a silencer from a group in Fl. The silencer has deceased the sound level by 75%. Recommended when in area with neighbors. Regarding the review by Kerop.,This page is about rating air guns not your minimal ability to grade another person grammar and writing ability. FYI, your paragraph was not grammatically correct in many aspects. For starters this is called a , (coma)
Cons
lately large caliber pellets jamming, few pellets appeared out of round

Login to ask someone who bought this product. Can Airgun Depot add a Huma regulator and a Donny FL suppressor with adapter upon request and order of the upgrades?

Adam from USAWhat type of Huma regulator can the 257 caliber take, and roughly the price to order.

Ronald from USAWhich gun is louder... the bulldog or the condor ss?
asked SteveDefinitely the bull dog!
Garywill bulldog357 might loud but other like air force and taxen much louder
Billy from USAThey are both rated with 4 medium-high. About about as loud as punching your leg
Vitobulldog is way louder..
OneEyedJack Great Falls MT.This gun is much louder than the Condor SS which is a shrouded gun. This gun is as loud as the AirForce Texan (which is unshrouded) in my opinion.
Jonwhat do you think of this rifle for power and accuracy and what is the best clean kill to date
asked hamish150 lb hog at 50 yrds. Nosler went through lungs above shoulder and was bullet seen bouncing off water in lake behind hog. Hog dropped in 30 feet.
Tony from USAwill have seen video of hunting with bulldog 357 and kills are clean and fast so this make good survival gun and practices gun maybe home defends I am every impress on this air gun I would like own one but I will save one up too just that
Billy from USAAs far as I know it is 900fps with a 145 grain 357. Pellet And the latest recorded trophy was a white-tale deer in south Carolina
VitoI have tried lots of pellets and pure lead cast bullets . For pellets the H&N Grizzly 82 gr. hollow points are good for small game , target shooting ,I use them for sighting in new sights ,scopes and red dots . The sizing of the pellet is a bit smaller than .357 there .35 caliber .What makes them shoot able is the rear is concave , I've done some tuning and tinkering with one of my Bulldogs so the extra oomph opens up the rear of the pellet and expands the lead against the inner barrel sealing it enough for 900 plus psi ! close to 145 fpe .My favorite's for my own pure lead cast bullets are .358 Lee 125 gr round flat top 869 fps / 220 fps ,and my self defense round is the Lee 2 cavity ,358 diameter 158 round flat tip ( 163 gr ) with pure lead at close to 800 fps for 231 fpe my best kill to date was dead center shot through both sides of my outdoor grille !lol clean hole going in close to a quarter coming out.
