The FX Crown MKII Base with Saber Tactical Chassis takes all the adjustability of the previous model and pumps up the size of the plenum by 28% for more power than ever. In addition, this version takes the MKII's base action and puts it in a spectacular chassis from Saber Tactical that matches the innovation of the rifle with flexibility of its own.
The chassis allows you to unlock stability and precision for anything you attempt, but specifically for distance shooting and benchrest. You'll truly appreciate the comfort and features it provides, including a magnetically secured folding stock with silicone padded, fully adjustable buttstock, an adjustable cheekpiece, QD sling mounts on both sides, a built in detachable bag rider, an Arca-Swiss accessory rail with a short Picatinny rail at the front, M-LOK T-slot rails on the sides, and a genuine FX grip.
The FX Crown MKII is a shooter's dream. Much like a high performance race car, you can adjust and fine tune the Crown to achieve the highest accuracy of perhaps any rifle! It starts with the FX Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X) barrel system. This system allows you to not only change the caliber of the rifle (from .177 up to .30 cal) but also exchange the barrel liner itself to further tailor your barrel's twist rate and choke to the pellet of your choice. The Smooth Twist X system is housed in a fully shrouded barrel to keep things ultra quiet.
Adjustability has no limits with the FX Crown MKII. This air rifle includes two pressure gauges: one to show the pressure of the removable 480cc carbon fiber bottle, the other the regulator pressure. This regulator can be adjusted externally as well. Other adjustments include a hammer spring adjustment and a valve flow adjuster. The adjustable two stage trigger is correctly called match grade, and is simply one of the best triggers on the market today.
