I purchased mine six years ago, still works well, still accurate, still my go to rifle for a quick shot at the rabbits and squirrels in the backyard.

Pros
Accurate, light weight, good hitting power !

Cons
Should have Iron Sights, the Scope is OK but for the range this will shoot hard sights would be better.

Being an avid hunter for over 50 years this is a fantastic quality air rifle. I mounted the scope and sighted it in. Fist 3 shots all touching/ made adjustment next 3 touching/ made one more adjustment and all three touching.....
30 yards with H&N Terminator. 22 cal 16.36 gn.....fantastic....
I then saw at 38 yrds on my way back to my house a Large Iguana! Sweet! Living now in Puerto Rico Iguana are a Invasive Species..... so one shot and done.... way to go Gamo!

Pros
Holds perfect great Length of pull Trigger is better than I thought it would be

I've been shooting a gamo 177 Springer for a few years. But then I bought the Bone Crusher 22-caliber gasser. Wow. I love this rifle. It packs a punch. It's smoother than a Springer. It's accurate. I love the scope. It's quiet. I highly recommend this rifle. But with any Springer or gasser, you must practice the artillery hold. It makes all the difference in accuracy.

Pros
Sure you could spend 500, 1000, and upwards for a better rifle. But do I need it. I'm not shooting in the Olympics after all.

Cons
For the average backyard plinker, absolutely none.

This is my first break action air rifle and I really love it! Excellent value and the scope mounted in just a few minutes! Quiet enough that my back yard neighbors don't even mind the occasional "pops" and the pests are going to be thinning out soon! It seems very well balanced and the trigger pull is very predictable. I have long fingers and found the size of the grip area a good match for my hand. (I wear XL gloves) I am looking forward to taking it to an outdoor range to see how it does at 25 and 50 yards.

Pros
High value for the dollar! Great looking. Smooth trigger

Cons
Non adjustable cheek stock

I really love this gun great for squirrels and other small game. Mine really seems to like the crosman premiere domes shoots them very well.

Pros
Light weight accurate easy to opperate.

Cons
Alot of plastic not really a con for me as I like the light weight that gives the gun as I walk a lot when I hunt, but others may not like this.

What is the noise level of this gun ? More than half the guns I looked up are marked as 3-medium - but they can not all be the same. I plan to use it for killing iguanas in my backyard and the noise is very important to me as I do not want to disturb my neighbors. There are apps such as Sound Meter that record the max noise measured in db.

asked Florin from USA

Most of the breakbarrel guns are very close in sound level. About half the level of a 22 LR. (3) You want a 22 cal gun for the best pesting performance. Beyond 30-35 feet your neighbors will not hear much of anything.

When are you coming out with the new Gamo Swarm Bone Collector?

asked Sean Maroney

I've had my Bone Collector now for almost a year. I've noticed the cocking effort has lighten up and I'am not sure if that's a sign that the power is starting to decrease I can;t really tell Is this normal or is there something starting to go wrong with the gun and I should have It checked out or what
