The RWS 34 Meistersch├╝tze Pro Compact (Master Shooter, pronounced "my-stir-shoots") is built from the same reliable RWS air gun as the Model 34 rifle. It operates from the same proven break barrel system but is professionally finished with a hardwood stock made for both right- and left-hand shooters. The 34 Meisterschutze Pro Compact also has an ambidextrous automatic safety, rifled barrel and two-stage adjustable trigger. This RWS 34 is time-proven power with a sleek design. The 34 Pro's receiver and barrel have a matte finish that provides a rich look. At the front of this 34 Pro rifle is a large muzzlebrake that adds heft and a gripping point for cocking the spring piston. To top off this German made air rifle is an included airgun scope and 1-piece mount. This air rifle scope is a 3-9x40 airgun scope with an adjustable objective. Whether you already own an RWS or this will be your first, you won't be disappointed in the fine German rifle craftsmanship and sleek look.

Same quality as the 34. I would not recommend this rifle to anyone who expects long distance shooting excellence, such as the type you get from the RWS 34 in 177 .
Pros
Same craftsmanship as other Dianas
Cons
Very sensitive to handling due to the extremely heavy muzzle break. It is hold sensitive.
This is one of my favorite springers. Shorter barrel and muzzle weights really help the pellet get on target. It pretty much shoots where I point it. Easy to shoot well for beginners. Very smooth and tight barrel lockup. Airgundepot.com delivered the goods fast!
Pros
Easy to shoot really well. Not hold sensitive for me at all.
Cons
Not really a con for me but expect it to weigh a little more than you average springer.
Had the gun for a week now everyday it has to be recited in. Had to retighten several times before I put Loctite on very heavy gun definitely need a bipod
Pros
One-sided in its excellent all the while I shoot
Cons
Very heavy have to tweak the scope daily
Well Built
Great Trigger
Accurate
Have to agree, very nice fit and finish, super accurate, and powerful... the balance was a bit awkward at first, very front end heavy, and the stock is 'slick' so watch handling early until you get used to it. Likewise, safety was a bit awkward at first. I have only put about 100 -150 rounds through so far, so far so good. I got RWS super domes and super h point. Super domes seem more accurate. Trigger is super nice too.
Pros
accurate and solid build, great trigger
Cons
none really
Started by removing every screw one by one and applying blue thread lock on each one, including
scope mount and rings, and let it set overnight. Sighting in scope was a breeze, was on the target
at 15 feet immediately. Moved target out to thirty yards and had it shooting groups in very little time.
Please note, I did find it helpful to run a cleaning rod through the barrel either every, or every other shot.
This seemed to tighten up the pattern quicker, and bring the sighting-in process to a quicker close
(50-75 shots). I could never get my Benjamin break barrel sighted in this quickly and accurately.
I'm now consistently neutralizing troublesome starlings off of my songbird feeder.
This is a rifle you will enjoy having in your collection, I recommend paying a little extra for the
nice wood furniture.
Pros
Easy sighting in. Nice large muzzle break for cocking. Beautiful wood stock.
Cons
A little on the hefty side for the smaller free standing shooters, but no
worries for bench rest plinking.
Very nice gun. Arrived in perfect shape. Well built, sturdy will last for years. Have several RWS airguns few over 20 years old still shoot great. Love the compact size. Overall very pleased. You wont be disappointed in owning one of these new or refurbished.

Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.does this rifle have the TO6 trigger?
asked PRIMO from USAI have an old T05 trigger on my RWS 34 and now I have a Pro Compact T06 and the new trigger is a definite improvement.
Jason from USAIt claimed to, if it isn't it is a very nice 2 stage trigger, with adjustments I haven't touched. It breaks cleanly. Very minimal afterpull, just as good as my Beeman 250 and RWS 45 which I think, are great 2 stage triggers.
matthew from USAYes, it does. Great trigger. Very adjustable to your preference. I have mine set for a light squeeze. It is a all metal trigger.
Scott from USAwhat is the best ammo for this gun? (not lead)
asked lukasI never used unleaded ammo, so we are unable to answer your question; however, I do not believe unleaded pellets are the best choice for this gun. RWS Wadcutter and Superdome are very well suited for this gun along with Crossman Premier hollow point. I do not know if this is helpful to you; however, this is my experience so far with this marvelous gun.
Dario BI've only shot one type of pellet through mine. Beeman Kodiak. I have some Beeman Crow Magnum pellets I haven't tried yet. The kodiaks group nicely, as do most Beeman pellets. I just don't have any experience with non lead pellets, from what I've read they don't group as well or carry energy downrange as well as being more expensive. Don't be afraid of lead, it performs the best.
matthew from USACould this take out a typically sized pigeon, if shot in the stomach? What is the range where it is most accurate?
asked lewisIt would not be a good thing to shoot it in the stomach. It could fly a long distance before dying. Head and heart shots are best. Accuracy with the correct pellet, will be accurate from10 feet to 35+yards if you find the pellet rifle likes, which could be a light one around 7g to a heavy one 10g+. The rifle will tell you buy putting the pellets right next to each other. I have one it likes Super domes. In a dime at 25 yards, that is ok with me. Best of luck. To answer your question, Yes it would. Range 10 to 30 +yards, bottle cap under 30.
Steve from USAJust got this gun from a friend and we can't figure out how the spring loaded mechanism works. ANy specs on how to load it?
asked JimI place the butt on my right pocket, right below the belt. Grasp the end of the barrel with your left hand and push down to overcome the detent , and pull down real hard until you hear a solid click. The chamber is now exposed, insert pellet, pointed end first, and swing the barrel up until it is returned to battery. Push safety, pull trigger. Repeat as necessary.

So far, I've only done a rough sight in with this as it's too damn cold in northern new york to do much shooting. The first thing I noticed is it takes a fair amount of force to cock it. The trigger is good and it's as quiet as a 450 fps air gun I have. It punched through both sides of a heavy tin can at 100 feet so it will definitely dispatch squirrels with no problem, which is what I bought it for. It is a bit heavy but hangs nicely when standing. The quality is excellent....feels like a really well made piece. I can't wait for above freezing temps so I can put it through its paces.
