Great quality air rifle, lots of power , very accurate, great trigger , don't forget to lock tite all the screws
The Diana 350 mag in cal .22 out of the box is magnificent . Bought mine from AGD more than two years ago, probably sent in a review, but all the same, and in honor of this exquisite air rifle I reiterate its outstanding qualities. This is a rifle for life, the workmanship,if your willing to pay the price, is noticeable from the very first time you hold the gun. It has power to spare, and it will shoot extremely accurate even with open sights. You can easily upgrade this rifle with kits that are available to make it even smoother shooting. It's a big gun with a beautiful stock, and very easy to master. For hunting, target or just plinking its a joy. Mine loves the crosman premiers 14.3 domed,a great inexpensive made in USA pellet. It will push these pellets at over 850 fps giving you around 20 + foot pounds- more than enough to dispatch small game. I have mine fitted with a Leapers 4-16x40 AO scope super clear precision . Having made a good collection of air rifles in these past few years, I still place the Diana RWS at the top, having no doubts as to its qualities I recommend it to my friends. If your looking to pamper yourself with something really good you've just hit the target. Primo
Pros
A gun for life. TO6 trigger exceptional,as good or better than other high priced triggers. Super smooth breaks like glass. Comes adjusted from factory and in my gun I've left it that way, just plain easy shooting.
Cons
It will only go up in price, so don't expect to find them any cheaper on the market.
The accuracy is not equal to my R-1. I will try super point pellets next. Advertised velocity is a little low, my chronograph is running 130 FPS below the advertised 950 fps. This velocity is quite acceptable. Overall, very pleased.
Cons
Cocking force is high.
I was really impressed with this gun. It has a beautiful stock, awesome adjustable trigger, nice wieght, and it kicks a little when shot. I would suggest not getting the scope, but the mount is really nice.
I got this gun to put side by side with the Super Streak. The RWS 350 out performed the SS hands down with an inferior scope and no break in. I returned the SS. I had an RWS 36 so I know the quality of their rifles. Should never have deviated. You won't be disappointed with this gun.
I really love this gun, the most accurate springer I've ever shot. I can't beleive how many reviewers didn't know how to fix the RWS scope mount problem....PUT THE STOPPING PIN OVER THE RAIL FRONT!!! Anyway- I put a leapers 3-12x44mm scope on this baby and I'm reaching targets and game out to nearly 80yrds. BOTTOM LINE, POWER, ACCURACY, DUARABILITY...buy this gun you won't be disapointed!
The Dianna 350 Magnum is an outstanding air gun! Grew up on a farm, and later career military. Experiences range from several ( too many to list) types of BB, pellet, small to large caliber commercial and military arms. The RWS 350 Magnum is a great balance between high quality (excellent machine work, materials, fit & finish) and price that equals high value in my book. Out of the box and with very little signting in with the iron sights the groupings at 25 yards were tight, 9 of 10 in 1-5/8 inch with standard wad cutters and they pack a wallop. The recoil reminds me of an M-16 with 55 grain ball rounds. Looking forward to scoping the 350 Magnum with a worthy piece of glass. Thank you Airgundepot
Gun is a 5-Star plus. Combo, not so much. the rifle (in .22) punches through 1" pine at close range. Deadly accurate at 25 yards. RWS C-Mount is a bad choice for this gun, although the RWS 300 scope is perfectly suitable. I replaced the mount with an Accushot mount and drilled a hole in the scope rail for the vertical pin. Problem solved. Cocking is not that difficult for an adult male. The rifle is much quieter than I expected. Glad I bought it.
I received my 350 Mag in great shape and the quality of the gun was outstanding. I have problem with those pesky varmits around here well not any more. What a great gift from the wife on our anniversary. The only minor problem is keeping the scope mount tight but it can be fixed. I've really enjoyed the rifle and wouldn't hesitate on buying anything else.

RichardI recommend the JSB brand. They have a variety of weights to choose from which is really nice, but the 18.13gr is outstanding for most guns that have the power to push them, like this one. The H&N Barracuda Match are sweet too, but a bit heavy for me, I don't like the low velocity... The weight choice all depends on what velocity and power you want, and while heavier are generally more accurate and hold their power for greater distances, the drawbacks are lower velocity and initial power. A gun like this will probably make peak muzzle energy with a very light pellet, like 9-5 to 11.9gr, nether of which shoot well in this gun. I'd consider 14.3gr the minimum weight for this gun and those should pop out at ~ 850 to 900fps. An 18gr JSB will be ~ 100 less so slower ~750-800 also also have less power at the muzzle. A 21gr Barracuda maybe another 80fps drop so ~670-720 and even less muzzle energy. I'd recommend http://hawkeoptics.com/chairgun.html and plug in your muzzle velocity and BC of each pellet into their free program and it'll tell you the trajectory, velocity, and power at all the different ranges. It's a big help to learn that so you can see what trajectory and power you like best. You should use real velocities from your gun over a crony, to do this, guessing won't cut it imo. For example many plug in 950fps because the box says, then they use whatever pellet they have, typically 14.35gr. I personally consider 800 to be a minimum for hunting, but prefer closer to 900. Hope this helps rather confuse further. If in doubt I'd just buy JSB 14.3 and 18.1 and see how you like them. They have pix of the pellets here, and most are round nose because they work the best on average.
ROBERT from USAFor my RWS 350 .22 caliber, the best pellet is H&N Baracuda .22 (21.14 grain or 21.30 grain). Equally good pellet is HW/Weirauch .22 pellet, exactly same with H&N Baracuda. The second in line is FTT .22 pellet. The pellets are magnificient.
hmarramlienCan this air rifle be converted to use a gas piston instead of a spring?
asked Grant from New ZealandI'm sure it could, but it's normally considered not convertible. It would require a new piston, or mod this one, and a totally different trigger, so basically it falls into the too hard category. I wouldn't bother anyway because with a proper tune this setup can be as nice as a nitro, yet more reliable.
ROBERT from USAis this rifle gas powered?
asked kenneth vallrugothis gun is a break barrel rifle. no CO2 or gas is required.
Scott from USAwhat is the max. effective range of this model?
asked AimanEffective range is 100yds (if you can hit the target at that distance), maximum range of the pellet is around 500-800yds.

I actually bought this air rifle approx 10 or so years ago. It weights about the same as a standard cartridge rifle. Sounds about the same as a .22 caliber rifle and is deadly accurate. I've taken down different types of running and/or flying pests with open sights. Love it. I also believe even after all these years I've not cycled enough pellets through it to break it in.
Pros
Quality x 10.
Cons
Heavy and would be difficult for a girl or young male to cock it. Loud for an air rifle.
