The Umarex Gauntlet 2 is the next evolution of the airgun that changed the industry and raised expectations about what was possible for performance without breaking the bank. This upgraded model reaches speeds up to 1075 fps in .22 and 985 in .25, plus energy up to 33 fpe in .22 and 51 fpe in .25, so it gives you plenty of power for small game hunting, pest control, or target practice.
The air tank is the upgrade you'll spot right away, since it's noticeably larger than the one on the older model. At 24 cubic inches, it has almost double the volume of the previous version, so you'll get more shots, with over 70 shots in .22 and over 50 shots in .25. It also fills to a higher pressure of 4500 psi, which lets the regulator operate at 1900 psi in .22 and 2100 psi in .25, so you get higher power as well.
Another improvement is the use of a four baffle design, so you get shots that are 8 dB quieter than before even though they're faster and more powerful. There's also a larger bolt handle with knurling that's 15% easier to cock, plus the lighter and slimmer all weather synthetic stock, which is now flat dark earth instead of black.
The airgun now features a Picatinny/dovetail scope rail, plus M-LOK slots on the bottom and sides of the forearm so you can add accessories like bipods, lights, and lasers. If you're ready to experience the new developments in this line of consistent, accurate, and affordable airguns, get an Umarex Gauntlet 2 at Airgun Depot now.

If you are looking for your first pcp or just want an amazing 30 cal pcp without spending $800+ dollars this is the best option it probably better than some of those $800+ options honestly.
P.S. grab the buck rail supressor for $40 it fits on easy no adapters required.
Pros
The power is awesome!
The quality is awesome!
The accuracy is awesome!
Cons
Its a little heavy but theres an ar style stock upgrade from terminador industries knocks off two lbs.
The bolt is a little tough to pull back at first but it is adjustable.
Pros
Good gun, excellent shooting with the .25 JTS dead centers. Nice that it has 2 X 8 round mags. Make sure you preload them by rotating it clockwise all the way (shown in owner's manual). I replaced the stiff trigger spring with a pen spring and it pulls nicely. I also like the shot count as I can put about 50-60 through it until I need to refill it. Mounted with an Athlon Argos 6-24 X 50 is around 10.6 pounds. I also like the adjustable comb height as I need to raise it quite a bit. Lastly, I would be careful shooting this in a suburban backyard as it's definitely more noticeable than the .22 version.
Cons
Lighter stock trigger and hammer springs. Easier feeding without having to slam your hand to get the pellet into battery.
Worth every penny
Pros
IT is a real nice shooter!! I took out a goat from bout 100 yards or more, as it was my first kill I shoot for the body as I was unsure about the accuracy at that distance. It was a real good shot. I love everything about it except the cons lol
Cons
It leaks down. I bought 3 of them and all three had the same issue, however, the bleed screw underneath is the issue. Tighten it real tight and that did the trick but I think it started back again. The fill nozzle is to close to the cowling, hard to get on the hose. No rails for accessories. All of these are easy to deal with. Hope I helped you David
if youre a Hunter, I think it’s a great option. If you’re looking to shoot competition, I would say go like I did go to FX.
Pros
Price point price point for a 30 caliber, I think is fair
Cons
The trigger I think for the price were paying they could invest a little better. I understand they dont want to give us too much thats the market. We have no reason to spend the big money like i did with my fx and raw , but umarex come on give us a better trigger next time.
Should come already set up with scope, bipod and magazines. Love how it shoots.
Pros
Love the accuracy. Silencer made a huge difference.
Cons
Little heavier than I like. Takes awhile to fill the tank but worth the wait. Little pricey without accessories. Had to buy all accessories on my own.
Pros
Shoots tight groups from the bench
Cons
Safety is very difficult to change. Heavy gun, need support to hunt rodents.
Biggest complaint is air leaks down overnight. Sent it back and they claim it held for a week. Pumped it to 4500 psi and overnight it is down to 3000 psi. Wished I bought something else.
Pros
Awesome gun for the money
Pros
Excellent value for your money! I purchased the 30 cal Gauntlet for my birthday last year and am very happy with my purchase, This is a very powerful airgun and is very easy and fun to shoot. Moreover, it is very well-designed and aesthetically quite pleasing. With muzzle energies between 98 fpe and 110 depending on ammo type, this gun will never disappoint. Great for target practice, hunting, or any other type of sport shooting. The best airgun I have ever had by far!
Cons
Only gripe is that the 7 shot magazine has to be loaded backwards, which can be a little confusing at first.

asked Cesar from USANot familiar with M-lok, does will this rifle/package come with this and what Bipod can be used? Also, adding a Bipod, will this get in the way a sling stud, thanks David M
asked David from USAM-lok is the standard made by Magpul for adding rails to real gun (usually AR15) handguards. For people that already have a bipod that goes on a pic rail, but doesn't want to buy another one, add a rail and put on your favorite bipod. I have an Atlas. They also sell m-lok quick detach points so you can match the QD point on the back of the stock.

Pros
Everything about it as far as Airgun Depot is concerned they did everything right as you would expect they got it shipped out within 24 hours of me giving them them the order and UPS early fast and bring it here. Package arrived in perfect shape gun was in it and it was all package just like it come from the factory no issues there, I haven’t had a chance to shoot the Airgun yet I just got a scope put on it but I’m looking really forward to it
Cons
I had a gauntlet one, and I thought it was too bulky and somewhat you might say fat. However, on this one theyve gotten carried away its too skinny the cheek piece needs to be puffed up a little bit so its more comfortable on the cheek I just simply doesnt have a really good form. Also, the trigger is set for 3 1/4 pound ball which is really good. The only problem of it is is it’s so creepy and mushy. I don’t know if there’s just ability on them or not but a positive and all this is the price you don’t normally get that type of Airgun with regulators on it and all the bells and whistles for the $400 price mark
